Excellent Service ! The Director on site gave me a quick and easy to understand estimation , All the employees were cordial and very helpful. My rear bumper needed to be changed and it was fixed in 2 days! The courtesy car i was given was much better then expected , A/C working and everything was clean and neat. My experience there was Outstanding , will recommend and come back if i need any other fix in the future. 10/10 Would Recommend any day. Thank you for this great experience!

Absolutely terrible service, no sense of urgency to get the job done and no matter how small the damage to your vehicle you have to go back 3-4 times to make appointments, get an estimation and maybe get the repairs you need. These people kept my car for 2 weeks for a tiny bump on the door, not to mention this was after I had already been there 2 times to make an appointment and get an estimation. I have seen single garage businesses do much more efficient work.

Great shop worth the wait. I brought my 05 ford escape for a fender and door job they match the color spot on and they aligned the door and fender with the hood straight. Can't even tell there was an accident on the truck. Great friendly service and very knowledgeable will refer friends and family there. Thanks guys really happy with the results.

No good service, they let me leave with my damaged car and you have to go there to make an appointment, they don't want to keep the car, then you have to return a week later for an estimate. A disappointing experience compared to the competition

The clerk hit my car 4 times while parking it on the street and told me he hit it "only" 2 times. After some discussion about the fact that my car was already a little scratched, he told me he would repair it and make it beautiful again.

Tried to call and was repeatedly hung up on when I tried to speak English. Spoke French to them and they were happy to talk, until I mentioned I was Australian and then they hung up again? So rude and unnecessary.

The price is overcharged and the interior cleaning is not strong at all. Could never fix auto for me. Oh yes my car also had 30 km more? And the indicator of liter of gasoline per 100km was in the carpet.
