The manager they call Jojo is disgusting and rude and will make u feel the need never to come back! She is mad all day following customers around the store or standing behind them looking in their bags!! She gossips all day with the other cashier’s! She is not Manager material she has no customers service skills!!! She greets no one! She is a disgusting Human being they pick and chose who the want to follow around the store… She is rude and needs to be properly trained… The store is filthy… she follows you all over the store, and then hides behind items

This place is cheap but isn't worth it. Manager is very stank she has a attitude all day long, doesn't help out the customers nor her own employees always walking around acting like she's working but she's actually gossiping.. it's very dirty as well.. don't go here there's always a line of more than 15 ppl because they only put one employee behind register. Place says its open since 7am is a LIE. They open after 8:30am >>> HORRIBLE PLACE ! ×100

The mangent or sales working has a bad attitude some one tell her ,she need the costumer ,store line about 12 people she on register ,stop when I get there send me back to other register ,start blowing up balloons line up in the ceiling serval people just left without anything ,she just standing there looking. In blowing up balloons need nicer people working for you I won't go back there very uncomfortable so sad

This place is entirely the worst. They are so un organized in there. I went there to by a candle underneath the candle was broken. Didn't realize it of course. As I lift it up the broken piece underneath it cut my finger. This broken candle could of been on the shelf for a while no realized it because they are unorganized. My 9 year old was with me. What if she would of picked it up. This is unacceptable

There’s a man in there every time I come in there he’s giving me a mean stink nasty look makes me not even want to buy one day I was getting something didn’t want customer service from him so I tried to get to another cashier he was only taking card had no choice but to let him help me he was rude he didn’t give me the money in my hand either did he give me a plastic bag for my items

Horrible service. Lady Eya has nasty and very sarcastic attitude. Greeter Kevin is disgusting, whispering “compliments” to me as I walk in, made me feel very uncomfortable. Another young worker told me he harasses her too. This place needs new workers or better training. All the nice ones don’t last here, I wonder why.

I come here every do often to pick up basic household items, staff are always friendly and willing to help, that is, if you can find them down the isle, not always will you, the lines here get full very quickly and you can be waiting quite a while just to get some basic stuff, otherwise this store is great

Use the store for years. It’s quite expensive area so this family dollar Much cheaper that every store in neighborhood . Sometimes problem with parking, but very good prices, very good choices, never crowded nice helpful personal, usually not long lines. Highly recommended

The staff is good. The place is ok. I feel sorry for the staff though because due to the horrid neighborhood there is no type of music or entertainment. The company also needs to update their POS system. It's slow and causes unnecessary long lines.

Has a little bit of everything for cheap shampoo to tissues and pillows to kitchenware. Drinks candy and food. Shelves are stocked. Sometimes long lines and slow service. Some aisles are messy with overstuffed items on carts.
