Hello. Went in to pick up toys for children and there was a sign posted to buy one and get the next one 50% off. Went up to the register as I started checking out and was told by man at register that the discount was not coming up. Then was told by lady working there that apparently the sale was over Saturday, yet 3 days later on Tuesday the signs were still up which is why I purchased the products. There was no expiration date on the sign either. The lady took the signs down after I paid. I even asked if they would honor it since it was still up and advertised openly down the entire row of toys and she said no. I told her that I was dissatisfied and will call corporate and she said she could only take off discount for two items. That was not satisfactory enough and I'm highly disappointed that the store cannot honor its commitments as advertised.

this one is close to me, but others are around just as close, in my last trip there i was hit up twice coming out of the store by folks asking for money, they loiter around, i dont feel safe leaving my car to go into the store, nor when Im out the store heading back to my car, i dont need anyone following me up to my car, if that situation does not come under some type of control, you will lose not only me as a customer. I give 2 stars because of product, my nervousness to shop there wont allow any more.

The outside and inside of the store is not kept clean. The outside parking area is disgusting. Why is that the Manager or District Manager not paying attention to the cleanliness of the store? I have complained about this issue to the employees and called the Manager in the past. The employees do the best they can the Manager is responsible for hiring someone to clean the inside and OUTSIDE the store.

For no reason at all they banned us from this store. They won't explain why, are rude, and refuse to call a manager. We've done nothing wrong and the response is "we don't care". Definitely some anti white racism going on. To my knowledge, no white people work there, a violation of the Civil Rights Act. White people are treated rudely while they bend over for minorities.

I would give it no stars but this review needs to be said!! This location is the pits. My card was stolen from this location on 1/19/2019 and come to find out the person that stole my card use to work at this location. Whats more alarming the employees that knew the thief told him to push the cc as credit. I already contacted corporate and my bank about this matter!!!

The employee running the register that is working on 9/12/23 at 2:48 p.m are in the wrong field. Just because you look and feel miserable doesn’t mean you need to project that onto others. The POS system is made to collect payments! And oftentimes you can use your Apple Pay without a card! You are NOT to tell people how to pay!

I'm in here 2-4 times a week. The cashiers are always helpful. The store is constantly changing its inventory so I'm always surprised when I walk in the door. This place is my go-to when Walmart is too much to deal with. They have a little bit of everything. SIDE NOTE: Beer & Wine IS sold here!!! (7-11 next door DOES NOT)

It's always one person working the register the lines always long you never find nothing that you're looking for the workers always walking around.i went there at 8:40pm she saw me coming up and locked the door.i asked her what time they closed she said 5 min to 9 but the store hours are actually 7-9 very unprofessional

Store is always in a mess, staff is very friendly though...for some reason the store is always closed on days that they're supposed to be open like even today im in my car driving off because they are closed. No signs stating so or a reason for being closed just closed.

Don't ever go to this place. From what I have heard is that it is closed indefinitely and would be gutted out. Should of been inspected when the smell first came up. And they never fill in that big hole out front that my car could get stuck in.

Manager was rude to me when I wasn't even talking to him. Then when I asked him a question directly, I got no eye contact and it wasn't until I started to repeat myself that he even half way have me a response. Not customer friendly at all.

It was this guy that was so helpful. He was stockings and he came to help cashier when the line got long and he help me put my water in the car and he wasn't even the manager l know cause I ask it's the best Dollar store I have ever visit

Staff is usually always friendly, we like to walk because it's close by. Always over stocked isle, hard to shop and maneuver with kids but great location for easy access, wish the sold fresh produce.

Since Mr. Rick stop managing this place service is awful! The new store manager is very lazy and not a people person.I hope they turn this store into a dollar general and everyone gets fired

The grossest family Dollar ever they have rats dead somewhere in the store for about three weeks now it's an unsettling stinch as soon as you walk in do your nose a favor don't go.

Able to find what I want for a price I'm willing to pay for it!! Staff is always respectful and helpful! Always informed of new items and specials that may be of interest to me!!

Convenient for me...walking distance makes it nice. But shelves are empty alot with popular items. Under new management so maybe things will get better.

At least 1 employee should speak English. Its not about race, its about language barrier. I shouldn't need an interpreter to shop there.

The workers there are terrible. That have attitudes when you ask them a question and they get sarcastic and smart with you.

It's has what you need, when you need it. It's in a quick n pick location, go in pick item and quickly get out. Lol
