Overall, Farrah is customer service-oriented, very warm and kind staff, quality products and sourcing. --- I visited multiple jewelry stores for an engagement ring for my beautiful fiancé, most of which seemed pushy, throwing stats about getting the larger diamond or the best cut solely to make a larger sale, and tried to upsell other stuff to me. At Farrah, they were different. They were the first business that I felt helped me navigate this journey as someone that was just familiarizing myself with fine jewelry. The associate actively dissuaded me from buying the wedding band, and explained that it's important to let my fiancé choose it. They still explained the importance of a good cut and clarity, but were not pushy in any way. These two things demonstrated to me that they value their customers, rather than squeeze to make the biggest one-off sale. I like that they are family-run too. We ended up getting the matching wedding band from Farrah later on too, together. My fiancé is loving the quality care from them (and complimentary ring cleanings). Also important to mention - the diamonds (the ones I saw) are ethically sourced in Canada and Europe which was important to me. Highly recommended! We went to Farrah Fine Jewellers after my wife had to have her engagement ring and wedding band cut off following a visit to the emergency room for a broken wrist. Farrah Fine Jewellers came highly recommended to do the repair work. By the time my wife's wrist was healed, our 30th anniversary was fast approaching. Farrah suggested the novel idea of combining the engagement diamond, a 10th anniversary sapphire (plus six small side accent diamonds), and a new matching diamond to form a new 3-stone single platinum band to celebrate the past, present and future of our marriage! We loved her idea, and were extra pleased with how her jeweler designed the band on the underside to prevent the ring from twisting on my wife's finger which had to be big enough to slide over a swollen knuckle. On top of that, they were able to get the ring to us in record time before our 30th anniversary date. We love the final result, and will cherish it always! We would highly recommend Farrah Fine Jewellers to others for her excellent and caring service!

I wish I could give 10 stars because they deserve it! How great is Farrah Fine Jewellers? Let’s just say: my fiancée and I would travel 4.5 hours from the GTA just to do business with them. Farrah Fine Jewellers is the only jeweller I trust. I bought my financée’s engagement ring through them. Multiple jewellers from different cities were trying to sell me the same ring with a lower quality diamond for more money, but, at Farrah’s, they went out of their way to get me the highest available quality for a better price. Great customer service. You feel at home when you enter their store. Everyone will greet you upon entry and thank you for shopping at their store. I am currently in the process of getting my own engagement ring custom designed by them. I simply told Farrah my idea, and her design is looking better than what I imagined. I look forward to the final product! I am so excited to do my engagement photoshoot with my fiancée once my ring is complete. Our rings will be the stars of the show.

After being a customer for a few years with Pandora purchases, we decided to have my wedding and engagement rings refashioned, which had worn thin after 30 years. The custom job was done incorporating all of my stones and gold. We worked closely together to design a stunning new ring that was still hugely sentimental. I had the best luck and great pleasure to deal with Farrah. what a wonderful experience from the 1st moment until I got the beautiful rings, resizing and the cutest engraving on a ring I have ever seen and even after that. farrah and the entire staff were very kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was saying. Although I had a very tight time frame, farrah was able to make the impossible happen. farrah was very accommodating, respectful and professional during the entirety of the process. After bringing in antique silver jewelry from India for cleaning to Farrah last summer, they are our go-to jewelers. Farrah herself was quite familiar with antique jewelry and made my experience pleasant hearing her personal experiences with interesting family heirlooms. The original earring posts were so thick and sharp I was thrilled Farrah was able to build more modern (safe) ones for a reasonable price. My wedding ring needed to have work done as well and now I can bring it in for a free cleaning anytime. Recently brought in an old ladies watch of my grandmother's and though the gold plating on watches isn't able to be redone, they buffed it and it looks so good, I couldn't even notice the uneven gold patches that were previously such an eyesore. They've been dependable and work quickly. Highly recommend.

The service at Farrah Fine Jewellers is second to none. I went in to find the right engagement ring after browsing for months. Not only was I directed to a ring my new wife had looked at before, the staff helped me customize the setting to make it unique. I wasn't sure on the ring size at the time either, so I stopped by with my future wife to get the proper sizing. The staff was incredibly professional showing her different ring options, making suggestions and in no way indicating that the ring had already been purchased. After the proposal, we searched everywhere for the perfect wedding bands, and it wasn't until we made our way back here that we found them. They of course had the perfect band to match my wife's engagement ring, but they also had the exact band that I had been interested in. Not only did the service exceed expectations again, their unique selection will bring me back for years to come.

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed from visiting a few other jewelers trying to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend before I visited Farrah. I went in with my mom and we had a memorable experience. Farrah (owner) had a very gentle air about her and a calming effect on me when I otherwise would have been fairly anxious. I didn't have the highest budget for a ring but Farrah was able to work with me to find something my girlfriend loved. In my naivety, I didn't realize one is supposed to get two rings, an engagement ring and a wedding ring (I thought I was getting duped by my fiancée). We both went back to Farrah and found a piece that looks knockout with the other. We were able to customize one to our desires. When it came in, Farrah was initially unsatisfied with the result so she worked hard to make sure it was perfect. I will be returning for ring 3 for whatever that will be for!

After dealing with Farrah for several years, there was no question where to go to have a special ring given to me on my wedding day restyled with a wider band. Farrah was very patient and caring as we figured out how to keep the integrity of my original ring the same, but incorporate a wider band. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, these guys are an absolute joy to deal with. They are professional, kind & attentive. The jeweller knew exactly what wedding band styles I was interested in seeing before I even had to ask! She helped my fiancé find the perfect ring as well, letting him try on and wear the ring around the store. We weren't rushed or pushed to decide. The jeweller also helped us with our engagement ring that we hadn't bought from them, after the previous jeweller damaged it when sizing it for us. We gave the engagement ring to Farrah's to be sent off to be repaired and sized properly, and it was returned absolutely PERFECT! They did this free of charge for us as well! I can't recommend these guys enough, if you're looking for fine jewellery, this is the place! We will be back for any of our future jewellery needs!

A few months ago I started looking for an engagement ring. After researching online, Farrah's had the best reviews, so I decided to visit. I was not disappointed - the service at Farrah's is top notch. Farrah is knowledgeable and very friendly - she makes you feel cared for as a customer. Every step of the process, from purchasing the ring, to exchanging the ring, to re-sizing was a breeze and it is all thanks to the amazing service provided here. I was especially impressed by a follow up call I received from Farrah while waiting for appraisal documents, after a few days she called with no updates in particular, just a courtesy call to assure me the documents were still in progress and let me know she would call again once ready. Top-shelf service, all the way. I went into Farrah's for a simple watch repair, left with an engagement ring! I had been shopping for a ring for over a year. Not vigorously, but anytime I was near a jewellery store and had the time, I'd poke around, never any luck. I looked at getting one made special, but the price of that route was unreachable for me. Then I found Farrah's after googling "watch repairs near me", and after simple glance at the display cases, I had a feeling this was the place to find THE ring.... I just had my first experience with Farrah's Fine Jewelers and it certainly won't be my last! I took a necklace into be fixed with no expectation to get it back until January as we are days before the latest lock down. One day later, I received a call that my necklace was ready for pick up. Only because I got unlucky and a mistake was made.. others 5 stars... I took my old tissot watch to get the battery swapped. In and out even under big retail restrictions Farrah herself was there manning the store. She is great truly and I can only imagine she's probably a really great bosses to work for. There was an issue with the seal on my watch and a little water got inside... I called her and she asked me to come back to get it fixed. She fixed it totally, cleaned it out too very good care of it and no charge to me, she just felt bad that it had happened i think. I'll certainly be back... stuff happens but she made it right. She is thoroughly pleasant to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent customer service here. I was very impressed with my experience. I was shopping for an engagement ring, but wanted to use my diamond in one of their settings. Farrah's was the third jewellery store I called, but they were the first that said they could turn it around within a couple weeks. So, I came to look at their selection and found the perfect ring setting. From that point, Sarah was able to take a look at the diamond I had and tell me lots about it. I dropped it off, and two weeks later picked up the perfect ring. Two days later I proposed and my then girlfriend loved it! In short, I highly recommend Farrah's. My engagement and wedding ring were bought online from brilliant earth, so there is no physical store that I can take my rings to for cleaning. After looking at the Google reviews I decided to take my jewellery to Farrah’s and I’m so glad I did. Absolutely the BEST!!!! I cannot believe the experience I had at Farrah's. about 3 years ago, right after my wedding, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and lost tons of weight. I resized my ring, thinking my weight loss was behind me. Well, I continued to lose weight and the ring no longer fit. Fast forward 3 years and I went into Farrah's to pay to resize my ring again. I explained what happened to the wonderful front staff. They in turn explained to Farrah, who offered to resize the ring FREE of charge!!!! There are still good people in the world! Excellent customer service. We found both an engagement ring and wedding band that we loved. Our associate Sarah took us through several options with our budget in mind and we found the perfect rings for us. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and was mindful of our two month window between engagement and wedding. Felt very safe to visit during COVID times as well. We didn't even have to touch the door handles, we were let in and out of the store with remote door opening!

I took my wedding band here to get repaired. A small diamond fell out. Took me awhile to find somewhere trustworthy to fix it. I am so happy I found Farrah's. They inspected my whole set and repaired some other loose diamonds on my engagement ring. They also helped me to repair is quickly since I felt so anxious without them. I would highly recommend this jewellery store. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of jewellery the service is exemplary. I had a few old pieces of my mothers jewellery that they managed to find stones for - the pieces came out beautifully. No other jewellery store in Ottawa seemed to offer this service for old pieces. Everything was cleaned, safety chains added and in-person and telephone service was excellent. Definitely my jewellery store of choice.

Farrah Fine Jewellers helped me revitalize my wedding and engagement rings which were both 24 years old. My original solitaire was lovely but it was set in a boring setting. Both rings needed resizing and replating. With Farrah’s excellent design assistance I decided on a beautiful custom design adding additional diamonds on the sides and bonus stones on the shank. I had my engagement ring and wedding bands revitalized by Farrah Fine Jewellers. The engagement ring is 50 years old and the bands 48. I had lost a stone in one of the bands. FFJ replaced the stone and rebuilt the claws on all. The results are absolutely amazing! They look brand new. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to take any repairs there. And, there in store jewellry is all so beautiful.

Great customer service and products. I bought an engagement ring here and it was everything I asked for. They stayed within my budget and did not pressure me into buying anything. Nice people, clean store. We live 3 hours away and called to ensure that they could fix our Movada watch and were assured it was “no problem”. After the long drive, they told us, Sorry, they didn’t have that part and couldn’t help us. They said they never say “no” because they can usually fix anything!! We can’t recommend this business and can’t understand why they are an authorized dealer?!

I had 5 rings enlarged. Cleaned and tighted the jewels at the same time. Fast, polite service. Have recommended to friends. Update - bought watches in June.
