I’m not usually someone that go on Google for reviews but I honestly don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else especially it’s big money we spend in this store. I’ve been buying for peoples jewelry store since 2015 but from Billings brides location and I had a very good experience. Lately I start buying from Bayshor and my big problems start . The staff that work their is super unprofessional and they only care about your money not about the customer at all , I got an earrings that diamonds start falling and after repair now the lock is broken for a very expensive earrings the quality is very low. I strat dealing with this lady that sells in the stores so I bought: earrings, necklace and I told her I want to upgrade my stud diamond earrings to bigger carat she convinced me fast that she can help me she made it very fast without even asking for the diamonds certificates or sending for inspections! I thought it was weird but I still paid for the 3 earrings upgrades and even wear them in the store before I leave . I mentioned to here that one of the earrings doesn’t close good from the back and she just ignored me and didn’t even ask to check it or anything all she cared about is that the sell is done and she got my money , I was not too smart and just left without returning it after couple days of fail so I called here she said come I will buy you another one , my friend heard my conversation and said that your 3 earrings look smaller than the carat that the lady convinced me they was to buy them so I took them to another store and tge said that I got scammed it wasn’t the carat she confirmed they was so I bought 3 different earrings that i was told they was a bigger carat than they are and the lady that works their she used my trust and just scamed me to make the sell . When I called the manager all he cared about is how he can get me to start buying from him and do a bigger upgrade to the same earrings that they sold me previously telling me they was the carat I wanted but they wasn’t they was smaller. He didn’t care at all about my situation and was super unprofessional. I don’t recommend this store to anyone

I had a terrible experience at this location today, September 24th 2023 at around 11:30am. I had previously purchased two rings from a different location but the same store around 2-3 weeks ago for approx 10K. I came to the Bayshore location today to check up on one of the ring as I noticed a part of it seemed bent. I came into the location and was greeted by two of the most unprofessional women I’ve ever met in an establishment like this. They treated me like I was ignorant and stupid. They were incredibly disrespectful and had the most unhelpful customer service experience. I came in asking for assistance and they acted like they thought I was lying or exaggerating. They refused to offer any help, even when I showed them my receipt, and refused to even listen to what I was asking, immediately dismissing me and my concerns. I was willing to buy another pair of rings but I will never purchase from this establishment again. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially when those two women are there.

My daughter had the most happy and positive experience at the Bayshore location thanks to Sofia. Firstly this location is well laid out so that even with a lot of people I did not feel claustrophobic. Sofia was patient, listened, knew the products, asked the right questions and gave my daughter her full attention. She did not rush the process, try to upsell, or demean our questions or choices. I cannot praise her enough. Also the store manager was a lovely person that made my daughter feel special and kept her smiling and happy. What more can a mother want for her daughter on such a monumental occassion as the selection of her wedding rings. Thank you both for making her feel special and happy. You have created a memory that will last a lifetime.

I own my own construction business with my younger brother and recently bought gold chains at charm jewelry. They didn’t have a chain I wanted for my girlfriend so I thought I’d try peoples. Do not enter the store unless you’re an older person that looks like you have wealth, they won’t get up off their chair to serve you otherwise. It was an online order and it was stated that it was delivered and I sent it to pick it up. They couldn’t find it and made me leave and call peoples help hotline. So after being on hold for 2 hours corporate calls the store and it’s supposed found. I go to the store the next morning and waste another half a hour in the mall because they were unable to find it again. Never shopping here again.

Brought my diamond rings in to be soldered; then it came back my main diamond was loose and rattling. Came to pick it up today and ITS STILL RATTLING! After two weeks gone and then they have to send it out AGAIN for a re-do! DID THEY ACTUALLY send it away?!?! Unbelievable and soo upset! I DROVE AN HOUR HERE, just to see it not actually FIXED!! Now it’s going to be about 1 month or more without my wedding rings!! Saddened by this POOR repair, or did they even repair it at all! Clearly can hear the diamond click and move!!! Disappointed! I’m definitely sad my husband now bought my second ring from them…I feel like this is now a bad omen :( :(

My boyfriend bought me a necklace and it broke after two weeks. We went to get a refund. The clerk wouldn't take the return, saying it was damaged, and that I'd never seen a charm damaged in my life. I don't care if you saw it. I'd like to return it because of poor quality, which is my right. We talked for 15 minutes and still couldn't get a refund. We then contacted the customer service, and the agent said that we were sorry for what had happened and that we could return it at any store. It was a really unpleasant experience. A waste of my time and feelings. Don't be sneaky with your customers, work professionally!!

My engagement ring has a prong that is slightly bent. I called about the warranty and they said the warranty will replace a diamond if it's lost, but it will not cover the cost of fixing the prong. This makes no sense. You'd think they'd want to cover a preventative measure so that I DON'T lose the diamond. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing our wedding bands from Peoples. No one needs this kind of hassle.

Nancy has been helping us at this location for over 10 years. All staff here can help you even if you're not sure what you're looking for. They work within your price range and I have always been ecstatic about the pieces I have purchased. All of my jewelry has remained in perfect condition and never had any issues with the warranty or repairs. If you have a chance, go see Nancy!

Avid Azimzadeh was absolutely amazing. The customer service I received was 100%. She put a rush on my set to be back before Christmas and they arrived yesterday.
