At approx 730pm on Friday the 20 October I ordered a burger and shake from your establishment on Davie St. I cannot provide the name of the burger as I wasn't provided with a receipt however prior to ordering, I'd like to reiterate that I requested the suggested menu item without pickles. Order was repeated back to me and at 7:45pm my order was ready. I walked home and arrived for 8:05pm only to notice an ungodly amount of pickles. The odor was so strong I smelt them even before the wrapper came off. I understand that this was obviously a mistake, but please understand that with the extremely high prices that you command, this simply can't happen. While you might think I should have just pulled off all of the pickles and plugged my nose to eat in distain, instead I actually started throwing up. I am super upset because not only is my appetite ruined, I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at Fatbuger again as future orders will always remind and trigger me of said unfortunate experience.

We dropped by late on a busy night but the staffs were smile and good service even they were really busy. We got foods fast. Do not talk about cleanliness because what a busy night but after most customers left. She came out to tidy so clean and organized. The washroom was clean, happy. She even had a treasure box for my girls to choose what they liked to take home, very kind of her. So everyone were so happy and had a good time there

Got delivery from this place via Skip the Dishes. First time ever trying the place. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed after hitting up the German Christmas market. No frills. No embellishments. Just "straight up" cheeseburgers. I'm glad I went with this place rather than the hotel's room service. Next time I'm in Vancouver, I'll remember this place when I need a good pick-me-up!

The juciest burger ever! Hard to choose from all the options available. Very delicious and reasonable prices. I can never finish mine. You better arrive hungry, my friends!!! Oh yes, they also serve breakfast, wings, chicken tenders (they are so crispy and are not like DQ), nacho fries, poutine, beer and more! Hey, you can lettuce wrap your burger! This place is my favorite because it is not junk food, it is made with quality ingredients. Come here any day.

This is a pre-game fuel! The burgers were great. However, we didn’t mind sitting outside, it was just the tables were so dirty even the chairs. It is a good practice that before opening everything should be wiped up including outdoor set-up. And the staff especially the cashier should be vibrant and welcoming

The burguer isn't as good as I expected, it is a normal one, like the ones you can do it at home without much knowledge. The seats where so loose that you get absorbed by then and ended very uncomfortable. Attention was good and nice by the employees.

Coming from overseas, I’ve never had such a moist, thick burger with all the toppings. The pickles and red onion cut through the meatiness and the soft bun helps to soak up the juices. The meat patty ground is thick and gives you a run for your money. The price range is decent and worth getting.

Average burger tasty patty however person on the counter was extremely rude. You would not expect such type of customer service from anyone. Understand your burgers are pricey but train your staff to be respectful with customers and listen to them rather than rushing. She appeared to be not paying attention and did not want to serve.

After spending the day in Capilano and North Vancouver, my kids were looking for a new place to eat dinner. Walking around from our hotel, we found Fatburger. Service was great, food was made to order and delicious!

I am a big fan of the burgers especially the cali and kinsburger. But the real star here is the breakfast! Toast, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, bacon and sausage for $13.95? Plus all the condiments? This is the best breakfast deal in the city.

I love the vibe of this place and they have amazing music taste. They were playing one direction love them for that. The workers were so nice and helpful they opened my seven up soda that I was way too weak too. My milkshake is rlly good too.

Amazing cozy, little burger place! Went out to grab some quick burgers and was not disappointed. Very affordable, great food, super friendly staff, and just in general a welcoming, cozy enviroment. The only downside is that it's a little small and kinda hard to find a seat.
