Fantastic. Has recently become more developed in that the variety of services available has greatly increased. It's location, first of all, is great. Just across the road is the bus stop for matatus headed for town and those coming back so accessibility is no issue. There's a Chinese restaurant across the road and a petrol station right next door. The arcade itself can meet all your needs. There's a small supermarket that carries basic household items A Java right next to it. A gym upstairs which is very well equipped, has trainers present who guide you through workouts which is great for beginners because it avoids injuries. The music played through the speakers is quite good and can get you through tough workouts when you've forgotten your earphones. There's a forex bureau. Quite a few barbers and hair salons including one tailored to kids. An aga khan university hospital clinic. Among others but I must mention the arena one turf football pitch. 3, 5-a side size pitches for those who love to play to enjoy.

My favourite thing about Valley Arcade is the fact that it's small and accessible (I avoid large malls as much as I can). They've made a really important and long overdue fix - they've finally sorted out running water in the bathrooms. This was a huge, messy inconvenience for ages - for both visitors and the janitorial staff! The Carrefour at Valley Arcade is the best thing to happen to my household shopping trips! And I also like that it's a small(er) supermarket, and not overwhelming. Everything one needs for basic household monthlies, and the bigger stores are handy for electronics and other once-off/infrequent purchases.

Great mall, with plenty of restaurants (java house, artcaffe and more) as well as pharmacies (GoodLife), market ways supermarket, valley arcade vegetables, I&M bank and so much more including Lenstech optical, boutiques etc. The Aga Khan Hospital valley arcade can be found here. There's also a gym here and so much more. there's a lot of space to move around and the place is not crowded. The first fifteen minutes of parking is free of charge.

A nice shopping complex with variety of cafe bars and cosy small restaurants. A supermarket, a gymnasium, and few well stocked shops including pharmacy and butchery. There is also playing area for children and entertainment while parents mingle with friends. Ample large secure car park ( for disabled person as well) and clean well maintained public toilets. An emergency well equiped medical facility/ clinic with excellent qualified staff.

What can I say I just love valley arcade. The place is pretty nice. Cheap parking (it's by KAPS), several eateries (all top tier), there's a mini mart, there are very many stall shops around selling different things and offering different services, a mini play area for the kids and until recently a carpeted football field(it should be available again soon). This place is really a one stop location if your around the area.

Quite good.... Almost sums up everything a mall should have... Except for the tight parking and the scattered shopping centres.... If you go here with the normal mindset of an "All under one roof" building... You'll be disappointed... But it quite has almost everything.. Only broken down into smaller cosier sections.. Which makes everything quite personalized.. If not confusing for the more straightforward...

A conveniently located shopping mall with beautiful gardens. Various amenities like restaurants, bakery, supermarket, gas station, cash withdrawal points and a hospital available. This is one of the coolest and well-organised shopping arcades. It has 5 restaurants, a gym, a butchery, grocery 2 chemists, 3 hair salons/barber shops, clothes, lovely bag shop... everything you need and in a less hectic space with parking available at reasonable rates. It also has a cool playing ground for the kids that is free. This arcade caters for everyone.

Located in upmarket Nairobi in a beautiful building complex situated along Gitanga Road.This is one of the older shopping centres in Nairobi. It's compact and friendly, with a family run supermarket, a greengrocer, a butchery and a small bakery stand, as well as a few cafes and restaurants. A good place to buy your basics away from the crowds at larger malls.

The Parking system of the mall is utter rubbish! 9 out of 10 times the payment system for the parking does not work properly. Either not accepting cash anymore (although initially the boxes/system was built for this), either the system with M-Pesa not working great either. In the end just a loss of time ... I will go elsewhere for my purchases!

Love the convenience...fave spot is the Gyros 2 Go! way way at the back for me! However, over the years the little shopping mall despite the growth , still retains it's old charm with the original shops like the butchery and grocers! Lots of eateries, quick stop pharmacy, liquor store, Java ...kids play area! Ideal for all types!

The shops keep getting better, though i love the familiar favourites including the butchery, vegetable shop and supermarket. I hope that they will remain in the centre. I visited Artcaffe and was glad with the social distancing within the cafe. Will go back soon to explore what more this shopping centre has to offer.

Valley arcade has always been my favorite chill spot in a long time. This is so because I love coffee and there is a Java here. If you love fitness, there is a gym too. You can also get groceries from Valley Arcade. Recently I have seen a guys play football at the recently built small pitch at the back.

I like that this mall does not have lots of people traffic. The parking is almost always full but you don't see where people are. Also there is everything you need, a grocery, java, a mini supermarket, a clinic(aga khan), a bakery, a chemist etc... its kind of a one stop. Its old though …

It's a little dingy for a shopping mall. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because GYROS 2 GO is located there and they have good Gyros. The washrooms in the location are filthy. For those sporty people, there is access to the Astro turf through the parking lot of the shopping mall.

A lot of history in valley arcade . It's grown beyond recognition over the last 20 years. Unlike karen it's growth has been well organised and fits the original mood. Still has character and charm. The restaurants are low price and ideal for meetings and groups . Wash rooms 10/10.

Great place for emergency grocery shopping and meeting friends when in a hurry or need to be near the hood. Hosts a few restaurants like Java, Monikos, smalll supermarket (pricey) and shops for clothes. Have a few ATM machines. Have to be ready to pay parking though

Nice, airy, courtyard-centric layout. It's great if you live nearby and want a relaxing environment. It's not a top-tier, every-store-wants-to-be-here kind of mall though. Some of the buildings could use some better maintenance and updates.

Most folks see Valley Arcade from the road and dismiss it but if you venture inside it is a proper shopping mall complete with cozy coffee shops and restaurants, supermarket, greengrocers and top class butchery. Plenty of parking space.

Excellent ambiance, will turn out a place to visit continuously, has the restaurants and shopping under one roof, but there is a very unique butchery there...fresh meat and seafood...and the prices is much less than the supermarket

I loved this place. It has almost everything from a gymnasium a classy bar and restaurant that stocks most liquor; a very spacious and safe parking lot accessible by even the disabled to Mini supermarket within the same premises.

It's an awesome place but the parking payment machine doesn't work properly. It uses M-PESA but it's doesn't allow you to input the amount, therefore you have to go to the back KAPs office to pay. Apart from that it's a ok place

My favorite place here is the coffee shop. Nice restaurants too, and the children's play area is excellent for parents in with their young ones. The parking and the ground floor shops are wheelchair friendly, which is great.

Ample parking but tricky entrance that's blocked by some matatus trying to carry passengers at a stage next to the mall's entrance. A huge and dull place that is a bit drab for a weekend treat.

The design is simplistic. You can find Java House and Carrefour supermarket which i would say are the main attractions. They also have a decent gym.
