The worst cinema experience I’ve ever had. We were like 30 minutes into watching black Panther 2 when the power went off. Someone who I assume is the manager came around and assured us that it would be resolved quickly. They couldn’t however and cited technical issues, telling us to get a movie voucher for another day but we refused. Finally, they settled to having us watch an entirely new movie. paying to watch a movie but that doesn’t happen and you can’t get a refund. AND the mosquitoes in their cinema are terrible. Imagine trying to watch a movie and mosquitoes biting you, it’s unheard of. Please do better!!!

New cinema, clean, great customer service, quality audio and video, with big auditoriums/screens that are up to 4 including the IMAX Screen. There is a small waiting area in the cinema. The ticket prices are not cheap but the experience is worth it and the popcorn is great too. Car park and security are also available as the cinema is in a mall. This is a new cinema that opened in December 2019 inside Circle Mall at Jakande, Lekki area. Feel free to check it out when you are in the area.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience, I have visited twice and both times the musky smell in the theaters was a little unpleasant but I believe it’s due to the long hiatus and hopefully the management would find ways to get rid of it, but overall good service and not crowded if you love going to the movies when it isn’t crowded then this is a good spot to enjoy your movie.

The experience was okay but the cold was too much. 90% of the people that came to see the movie “John Wick” on the 5th day of May, 2023 (8pm) complained of cold. It was excessive and discomforting. Majority of the viewers couldn’t fully concentrate because of the excessive cold. Please work on it.

Worst cinema experience so far. If you like beer parlour vibes with characters of no basic human etiquette then this is the filmhouse for you. Be sure to check their "website" for the correct show times cause Google times are wrong.
