Trained here for 3 years it was a great place to train and enjoyed it very much with great staff, sadly this experience was hindered overtime for me due to Brendan the manager who was very rude all the time and seemed like every time i trained and he was working he always seemed to have a problem.

Most of the time there is no parking. The access to premises with the phone is awful. The gym looks old and not clean. There is no air circulation that is needed also because some people carry bad odour. The equipment like dumbbells are old and look rusty and dirty.
