Update: 1/9/2023 LITERALLY!!! The BEST decision I have ever made with respect to my home!!! You will be in the best of hands with this company. As I had feared, my home insurance company completely left me out to dry, having never filed a single claim with them in almost 10 years with the same insurance. Refusing to cover the estimated cost to have my roof completely re-shingled (Over $30K), and despite it acknowledging that my roof had to be completely replaced. My POC at Florida Premier, Tom D., was absolutely AMAZING! He took care of everything and Florida Premier Roofing filed suit against my insurance company. Even the owner of the company, Wyatt, contacted me to discuss my case and assure me that they would do everything possible with respect to my case. Long story short… I have a brand new shingled roof, which looks AMAZING, and I only had to pay my deductible out of pocket! Homeowners, do not take on a roof repair and the insurance company alone!!! Thank You Tom, Wyatt and George (legal) for Everything!!! I Love My NEW Roof, I Love your company, and I’m in the process of shopping around for a new home insurance company. Prior Post: Late 2021 When I learned that my 8 year old shingle roof was in need of replacement, it was not only shocking but incredibly stressful. In Florida, one “hopes” to get at least 15 years from a shingle roof. So, this news was unexpected to say the least. However, working with Thomas D. and Florida Premier Roofing has been incredible and a huge source of relief. Their representatives met with my insurance adjusters to go over the damages to facilitate the insurance claim. I’m in the middle of the process now, but will update as things progress. But so far, I am incredibly pleased with the level of professional services received.

I started the process with the company in January 2023. They dealt with the insurance company, got the money, and ordered materials in 2 months. We were good to that point. Then, the COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE!!!! I was told to buy a few decking sheets, just in case. I went to Lowes a got them. I was told that we did not need to be there but I took the day off to be there on the build day ( it was pushed a few times due to Florida weather) Anyway, build day was March 21st, and nobody showed up. I called and asked and I was told at 7 pm that the crew went to the wrong job. March 22nd, they came to remove the roof, cut the gutters and screen guards, and left at noon without finishing. They did not use the wood I bought. March 23rd, they were supposed to be there at noon, but no one did. On March 24, they finished, but I was not there, I returned to work after 3 days off. Nobody was there to inspect either. On April 4th I was charged $600 on decking sheets. They did not use the one I was told to buy and they charged double. I could not return it and lost that money plus I had to pay the $600. I called customer service, I wanted to file a complaint but never went through. The gutter screen guards were on the ground until April 6 (16 days) when they came after multiple calls, and just put it on top, they cut it and now it does not work, I need to buy new ones. Now, the interior job is scheduled for January 8, 2024. After a year of dealing with this company, I can't wait for this to be over.

After Hurricane Ian last year, a large number of the soffits under our roof were blown off from the back and the side of our house. My mother in law recommended Florida Premier Roofing so we decided to go with them too, and they came out and decided that we needed a whole new roof... I'm not even sure that we needed a whole new roof but I wasn't going to question the professionals. Took forever to get the chains moving and when they did come out (a few days after the day we were told they would start work) they began replacing the roof and finished in a couple of days which I think is to be expected...The workers never really communicated with us about what was going on in the process and eventually they left and we were expecting them to come back because we couldn't help but notice that the soffits hadn't been replaced or repaired... and that's what we initially called about in the first place. My wife has called numerous times and can't get a straight answer from them on when they are coming back to finish the job so at this point I guess it is anyone's guess. It is currently July 27th and the work permit was issued back on April 4th... so maybe one day. To WYATT, don't try that. My wife has called multiple times. And on top of that, she was finally contacted back by someone on July 28th, and was told someone would be out here to finish the job on the 8th of August... Like usual, no one showed up.

I highly recommend using Tom Domin from Florida Premier Roofing. He and his company handled absolutely everything involved with my complete roof replacement. He worked my insurance claim with his legal team and scheduled my roof replacement with a fantastic and efficient crew that completed the job in only one day. The crew’s work was high quality and they cleaned up everything after completing the job. I also needed new fascia/painting and his team took care of this repair as well. He resolved every issue to my complete satisfaction. Almost every roof in my neighborhood was replaced within the last two years and I saw various roofing companies work my street. Without a doubt, I had the best experience. Many of my neighbors had repeated leaks and problems even after their new roof was installed and I am happy to report that I have no problems. I am completely satisfied. My new roof looks fantastic and does not leak. Choosing Tom Domin to handle my roof replacement was the best decision I could have possibly made.

Florida Premier Roofing just completed my re-roof. This company has been very organized and very communicative through out the entire process. Tom is the manager and made sure that I understood the entire process and the job is not done until you are 100% satisfied. The crew worked very hard for three days and finished on Saturday. I checked many places and this company is legit. Our roof installation was initiated by Thomas Domin whom I contacted . He is very thorough and great with follow up. He cares about his customers and spends many hours with customers and driving to do so. Collin in production was also excellent and answered or returned all my calls and emails. He made sure things were done on time. Construction Supervisor Tim also went above and beyond for what we wanted and followed through. I highly recommend this company. It is your responsibility to get the correct information and do your follow through. :)

Professional, Attentive, Accessible We’re halfway through the process of getting an entire roof replacement. In the middle of prepping for an overseas move and setting the house up for renters, back to back storms made a mild/moderate roof problem a major one. Thomas D and his associates, from the owner to the crew, stepped up without hesitation and without an approved claim, repaired the issue and put the house back to rental standard in a couple days. Truly above and beyond service. I have complete confidence in them handling my claim and replacing my roof to the highest quality.

We asked Premiere for a roof estimate, two years later when we went to get insurance after being dropped and we’re told that a claim had been paid out to premiere. We discovered Premiere had filed a claim on our behalf, was paid by the insurance company but did not complete any work for us or inform us of the claim payment. When we called our insurance company they said claim had been paid out; however we have never heard back from Premiere Roofing no work has ever been done to our property. Now, every time we call, everyone is in a meeting. BEWARE of this company!!!!

I saw my neighbor’s new roof completed. It looked awesome. We called the company they used. We met with Joey Rider. He was our main contact. He was outstanding to work with. He made the process for us so easy. This is the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what to do to move the claim forward. Their employees did a great job. This company is horrid! I signed a contract with them after hurricane Ian. The insurance company sent them a check months ago. They are greedy and wanted more. Without any contact to my husband or myself they went for more money. I’m still waiting for my roof to be done. No one returns phone calls you get the brush off. You are just a number to them! I wish I never signed with them. Still waiting for them to contact me. I’ve never worked with a more unprofessional company.
