I ordered flowers from out of state to go to a cemetery. The person who answered the phone was very nice. He said he could make a beautiful wreath and have it delivered that day. I asked if there was a picture on his web-site and he said no. So I had to trust in what he was describing. He quoted me a price and I told him to add $20.00 to the order to really make it special. He said he would send me a picture once it was delivered. On the 2nd day, I called to say I never received a picture and asked if it was delivered. He said the delivery person forgot his phone to take the picture. He said he would get one. I did not believe the flowers had actually been delivered at that time. A few hours later he sent me a picture. I was so disappointed in the arrangement. It was an 8 inch wreath like he said, but there were 5 carnations on it and a bow. He told me with the extra money he would add pine cones. He made it sound great. This looked like he had thrown it together in minutes and delivered it so he could send me the picture. I checked my account and he did charge the extra money too. I do have to take responsibility as well, I should not have ordered something that I could not see a picture of beforehand. He did not overcharge for what it was, except for the extra money I added, (my fault again). Just be sure of what you want before you order. I would not leave it up to the florist....

I needed flowers for a funeral on Friday, but it was already Thursday kinda late in the afternoon & I was getting a bit frantic, to say the least. I had already been to 1 place that told me I was SOL, since they already had far too much work & could not accommodate 2 more nice sprays. My boyfriend of 40 years always used to say, "just remember that we have an angel". And his daughter , Lisa started looking for places on her iPhone, while I took some food to my son, which was close by, but when I left the 1st place, I saw a florist shop on San Fernamdo Mission Blvd, but since my son was starving, I decided I better go feed him 1st & then I could come back to that shop. Then Lisa found a florist too on the same street, & when I finally made it back to the one I wanted to go to, it was the same florist his daughter had found on her iPhone. That had to be the work of our angel.. I went in & Joseph helped me pick out 2 beautiful sprays and what a pleasure it was. Thank the Lord, I was done in such a short time & could cross off yet another item on my to-do list. I was very happy with the service I received. Joseph even sent me a text msg on Friday after he has delivered the flowers to the grave site, with pictures, which I will attempt to attach. Kudos to Mission Hills Florist!!!!!

I ordered my mom flowers (July 26th)for her upcoming birthday August 10th. They delivered the flowers 2 weeks early. I called Mission Hills Florist and the manager answered. She was not at all friendly from the start. I asked why my mothers flowers were delivered two weeks early? She says it was an error. I asked how are they going to make it right. She said they would pick them up from my mother and refresh them and resend them out August 10th. I’m like NO. Then she says I can deliver some wrapped flowers on her birthday but your mother will have to give me the vase back so I could sell it to someone else!!!! I don’t think either option was customer service friendly. I wouldn’t recommend Mission Hills Florist to anyone.

Worst experience I have ever had with another florist. This shop is BAD News!! Did not deliver an order to a funeral when he had 5 days to call and get the information on the service time. He lied to me saying he had the flowers done and ready to go and they would be to the service in 5 minutes. (They were already an hour late) He never did end up delivering them and my distraught customer never got her flowers for her beloved auntie...She was devastated and so disappointed. He made her experience at her aunts funeral a miserable one by his deception.

The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking and exactly like pictured in the website. Customer service was amazing, the delivery driver was super sweet. He attempted to deliver the arrangement to my friends house but she wasn't home and due to the gates- he wasn't able to drop it off at the front door. He called me and waited till I got there so I could retrieve the arrangement as he did not feel comfortable leaving them outside the gates house. It was very much appreciated. Overall, will be ordering again.

From Vegas, I had called earlier in the week on Monday or Tuesday to get a quote on 3 dozens of carnations (green) . the guy that answer the phone was very helpful and very very nice and understanding. I called back today Thursday 6/8, and the same guy answered and again was very helpful and remember are call from the other day. I was able to place my order for pick up this Saturday 6/10, for my brother-n-law services on the same day. Thank you Very Much.

Ordered a funeral arrangement of white "angel wings" with white roses in the middle on a stand. The arrangement was stunning and very much appreciated by all. I was very impressed by not only the flowers but the excellent customer service I received, from Joseph. It's been a long time since I've had such great customer service. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Got more than I paid for! If you have a problem with this shop, you're probably the problem. I am very picky, this place is worth the stop!! Shopped online for arrangments for a funeral, but outrageous prices made me get in the car and find a florist. My first stop was Mission Hills Florist. I don't do these reviews to often, but when I am given outstanding service I got hook these guys up! Mission hills florist came though in the clucth! Short story i need a gift bouquet i wasn't too sure what kind of flower to put together. The gentleman who helped me at the moment im drawing a blank on his name right now helped me out. He put an amazing looking birthday bouquet for my queens birthday and she loved it! Thank you guys !!

Had a wonderful experience with the Florist of Mission Hills. Ordered from Canada for family in the area and the shop was excellent at communication, confirming the order and texting a photo of the arrangement as delivered. The arrangement itself was exactly as expected with super-fresh flowers. Delivery was right on time too! Couldn’t be more pleased! Would order from them again and definitely recommend to others.

I placed an order was Mission Hills florist on a Saturday for a Tuesday delivery May 11th and I told him what I wanted a pink and lavender white flowers for a memorial service for my aunt and they got delivered on time there and they were just beautiful the people were very friendly and very courteous and excellent service and beautiful huge arrangement of flowers for the price thank you very much Mission floors

After waking up very ill on the day of my dad’s birthday party, I needed a same-day delivery ASAP. Edible arrangements cut off time is 1pm and would not accept my order at 1:03pm which was so ridiculous. I called about ten shops and finally Harris at Mission Hills Florist was the only one who agreed to help me out. He is going to deliver in 2 hours at a very affordable cost. So grateful! Thank you Harris!!

Really awesome place with great customer service. I dropped by on a whim to grab flowers for a sick family member and was pleasantly surprised by their quick and friendly service. Ordered flowers for a sick loved one and was quite disappointed with the product. Not only did they not look at all like the picture online but the included card was messy and practically illegible. For the cost of delivered flowers I am disappointed with the service and lack of care.

The florists here are great, I asked for a sunflower bouquet (girlfriends favorite flower) and boy did they deliver. Came back for mothers day and once again greeted by friendly staff who were quick to get my ideas out of head and into a beautiful arrangement.

Late post but june 12 i ordered my wife Sunflowers arrangement specially with extra dark in the middle my wife absolutely love them she cried when she saw them. I highly recommend this place if your looking to give a gift to the one you love!

I took a chance and used this place because it was so close to the cemetery, don't make my mistake. These people are dishonest and irresponsible. It's so sad that they take advantage of people. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame.

Beautiful arrangement! Not quite like the pictures (probably due to seasonal availability) but beautiful nonetheless. My best friend loved them for her birthday and we had no issues with delivery. Highly recommend!

Unorganized, Paid $100 for flowers that were basic,prepared like a amateur . Save your money and buy from 1800 flowers instead... if I could give this place 0 stars , I would.

Lack of available bouquets & the ones that were prepared were very overpriced. I won't be going back. Shop can compete if they adjust their pricing & quality. Good Luck to you
