Booked a neck, back and shoulder massage and the masseuse kept massaging other body parts, which isn't the first time this has happened. She massaged down the back of my right arm, with her elbows digging down to the bone. I tensed and teared up because the pain was unbearable (I have had massages for years so I know what to expect), and had to ask her to go easy. She also kept digging her elbow into my lower back bone which no one has ever done before and I still don't understand why. The next morning I woke up with a pain so bad I couldn't move my arm. At all. I called and explained to the receptionist who said she would look into it and call me back, it's been 11 days and still no call back. I spoke to a doctor who explained the masseuse has hit a nerve and hence why my arm was paralysed for 7 days and I still get shooting pains randomly which I've never had in my life. The customer service overall is great, but gutted I've been left with long term pain.

The best! We visited the salon for a couples massage session. Being a young mum relaxation and me time is very much needed and important to me. I was a bit worried of how the treatment would be offered as I am still breastfeeding but everything was handled very professionally. The beds are extremely comfortable, soft and wide enough. In other salons you will only be given a simple towel to cover yourself, here instead it was a big silky sheet which was very soft and pleasant to the skin and that made the treatment even more comfortable. My massage therapist was so professional, she definitely has great experience and I could tell she knows what she is doing. I will definitely book more sessions at this salon. Excellent service and treatments.

I got a 1 hour massage by a therapist named Napa. Was a really unique experience! Massage, hot stones, pushed, pulled and stretched (in a good way). Receptionist was really friendly and polite, and the therapist was very professional and really knew what she was doing. I got this as a gift but will definitely be booking another massage in a month or so. £48 is quite pricey but was worth it, I have recommended to a few of my friends already. If I had to say one thing that was wrong was that half way through the massage I could hear someone else talking loudly in the next room. Not a lot that could be done so I just put up with it! Overall amazing experience and would 100% recommend!

Went here for the first time today. I booked the 1hr Swedish full body massage for £48 and every penny was well spent! It looks beautiful and it has an aromatic scent as soon as you walk in. The receptionist was lovely. Everyone was so polite. I can’t recommend Joy enough! She was so attentive to my needs and super sweet! The pressure was perfect but she checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was fine and if I was in any pain. She spent a lot of time on my problem areas and made me feel so at ease. My whole body feels like a cloud now. The Swedish massage is a more gentle relaxing experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you!! Xx

I visited this place for the 1st time earlier for a couples massage with my wife. Being a bricklayer I have bad posture, muscle nots and lower back pain. Wow wow wow! This is the best Thai massage I have ever had ( even compared to the one I had out in Thailand) I think her name is joy who I had? Wow is she good with her hands. Soo strong. She knew straight away where to focus on. Very very professional. I will defiantly be visiting again very soon. Can’t wait. If anyone reads this…. Do yourselves a favour and visit this place.

I have been having Thai massage for over 2 years & literally cannot recommend them enough. I always feel comfortable relaxed & my body loves all the different types of massage they do. 90 mins isn’t enough so I sometimes have 120 mins. I fall asleep feel amazing & totally worth every penny. They also have helped me with a recent Shoulder issue I’ve had and it’s seems it’s my neck back & forarms contributing to it considerably. Probably the best massage I’ve had in the UK! I originally booked a back, neck and shoulder massage for an hour to address the back pains I’m getting due to ‘working from home’, but a quarter way through, Fon recommended that I have a full deep tissue massage instead as back problems can be driven from the nerves around the body. I genuinely appreciate proper advice. My back and body feels a lot lighter and I can now go about my weekend :) thanks Fon and Team!

This place is paradise- the interior is very clean and designed nicely, the staff are so accommodating and welcoming. The massages are always 10/10. Went for an hour couple massage today and it was absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly and professional and the rooms are decorated in a way that makes you relax instantly gives you the feeling that you are actually in Thailand. The tension in my shoulders is completely gone. Certainly not the last time I visited.

The reason why I keep going back is that their therapists know how to treat their clients both as a relaxing treatment, but also spotting where the body need more attention. I booked in on the day via website for a 1 hour Swedish massage. Got there and the receptionist was welcoming and offered water. I had to fill in a form and they asked which areas to focus on. The massage was great and relaxing and made me feel comfortable. Definitely come here again. A very good experience.

Been south east Asia including Thailand and this is by far one of the best you can get. Authentic and clean. Price is reasonable compared to a lot of other places which are nowhere near as good.
