I recently used Terranova for a work event I was organising in Dallas. I'm based in the UK and it has been a lot of hassle getting in touch with vendors and hotels generally, so it was a total breath of fresh air dealing with Terranova. They were super fast responding, easily understood my requirements and I am more than happy to give them 5 stars. From the pictures I can see the bouquets looked really pretty and fresh. There was some confusion at the end of the event and a few people took vases home with them. We therefore had to recompense Terranova for the missing vases. This was totally understandable and actually, I feel like an unscrupulous person could have used that as an opportunity to charge us an extortionate amount in replacement costs, but they didn't and I can't rate them highly enough.

What fantastic service! In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, I called Flowers By Terranova hoping they could do a same-day delivery to my mom. George was incredible—sent me pictures of different options and walked me through flower accents and pricing. He was so kind about the loss my mom was going through, extremely professional without ever losing that personal touch. They delivered the flowers in ONE HOUR from when I first called. I'm so impressed, and so grateful. I will now be using Flowers By Terranova for all my Dallas floral needs!

I received this gorgeous bouquet for my birthday today, 09/12/2023, as a surprise while at work. My parents chose this florist as it was local and in close proximity to my work building. The flowers are gorgeous to say the least! Not only do they smell amazing, but they appear fresh, lively and full. The quality and care speak volumes in my pictures attached. I will suggest this florist to all my fellow Dallas residents, especially those who live/work downtown. Thank you for making my birthday full of beautiful colors and aromas!

I have bought a lot of flowers from a lot of florist, and I range from being thrilled to some what disappointed, but i have never written a review until this point. The flowers well exceeded my expectation both in quality and in quantity for the amount that I paid. If this is a repeated experience I will surely make this my go to florist. This place is great! The only business that actually calls back if you leave a voicemail!! George has been very understanding of what i ask for and always puts together a great bouquet with an affordable price. Plus he's right downtown so super convenient for those of us that work downtown and need to buy our spouses something on our way home

I may be jumping the gun, but their customer service was wonderful. I’m in WV and was able to order flowers for our daughter in TX, at a reasonable cost, with same day delivery. I have learned that in most instances, one gets better value and a better product by direct contact with the local florist. Addendum - The flowers were beautiful!

One of the best kept secrets as it relates to florists in Dallas. The owner has a genuine passion for the meaning of flowers, what they bring to the lives of others and how he can best serve his customers. I wish I’d known about this place sooner.
