Employees here are NOT trustworthy, in my experience. First time leaving car with this group. Probably won’t again. We had left a wallet with restaurant gift cards that were valued at about $400.00 in the COVERED center console as we were planning on using them when we got back. Sadly, on our return the wallet was not in the console or anywhere else in the car. We didn’t notice its absence for over a week as we wound up not staying in Nashville when we returned. Once we noticed it gone, I tried contacting Fly Away. It took me over a week to finally explain to Marcellus what happened. He said he’d investigate, look at cameras, etc and call me back. Silly me believed he’d get right on it. Sadly, it has been over a week with no response from him nor a response from him today after I called. What irritates me is not only that our wallet and cards won’t be returned, but also that the management doesn’t seem to care their employees are thieves going through a car not their own and taking what they want OUR of a covered spot. Granted it was foolish of us to trust someone would not go through and steal, but ever hopeful in the honest nature of people, we did. Don’t trust them.

DO NOT USE!!! The guy upon drop off was very nice. That’s the only positive thing here. I return to Nashville and I call the front desk. The lady answered and I stated I had a few questions. After asking the first one she hung up on me. I waited fifteen minutes for a shuttle (they’re 4 minutes away) before I got a cab. Once I arrived, my truck was out (it was 9pm). She asks me if my vehicle is parked, something she should know. She was extremely rude on the phone and in person. Fast forward to the next day. I go out to look at my truck and I have a dime sized door ding with white paint transfer (WILL NOT COME OFF) on the passenger side door…my truck is black. I have damage on the front bumper splitter where it looks like they scraped against a cone or some semi-solid object. I know this damage was caused by them as I just got it from the body shop from hitting a deer and ALL doors and front end was replaced. Of course it was at night so I couldn’t see these things as it’s poorly lit. They have a clause saying all damage must be reported before leaving the location. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO PARK AT OFFICIAL BNA LOTS!!!!

My family and I have used fly away for several years. We left our truck in March for a spring break trip. The truck was only 6 months old at the time of our trip. As usual they had our car ready upon our arrival. They always back our vehicle up to the pick up area. It wasn’t until we got home that afternoon that we discovered the front passenger number has been stuffed to the point that the paint had been removed in two areas (bc they back up our vehicle for pickup we didn’t look at the front and had no reason to do so). At some point while they had been moving our truck on their lot they hit something on our front right bumper. However they never told me of the incident. We immediately took pictures and contacted the office to begin the claim. That was 2 months ago. We’ve tried multiple times to get them to give us a status update. And have never been able to speak with a manager. We’ve been long time customers and unfortunately because for their dishonesty and lack of management over our claim we will no longer be using them.

I've tried using this service twice, and both times have been a bad experience! The first time I used them was through Groupon. Groupon gave me specific instructions to follow to redeem it. When I did the online reservation per the instructions, there was no place to redeem my Groupon, and I had to enter a credit card. I spoke to a manager who redeemed my Groupon and allegedly refunded my card. I never received the refund. The second time was today. I returned home from a trip, and the day was already long from a silly error I made in flights to having an hour delay on the new flight. All I wanted to do was retrieve my car and go home, but instead I got a 30 minute wait for a shuttle. What made the wait worse was to see other park-and-ride shuttles come in approximately 10 minute increments! While I appreciate that my car was well-kept and the friendly service I received when I dropped off my car, I can't say I'd use them again. It's really a shame that something meant to be so convenient can't operate efficiently.

Great experience until I was returning. I paid through a third paty site and when I returned, everybodys vehicle was up front except mine, (no big deal) so I went in. They wanted to charge me another rate than what I had already paid. I had my confirmation email. So the lady called over a manager. He fixed the issue. He gave me my keys and thanked me. Mind you, its late. I am ready to go home. I get to the door and he calls me out, " don't worry about leaving a tip". Completely uncalled for. So I got in my car and left. They are an embarassment. The way they treat some people is insane according to other reviews and my experience. What if they spoke to somebody coming from a family members funeral out of state like that? You never know who you are talking to. I take care of people. It was just late and I wasn't thinking. That does not mean I deserve to be called out. Completely unprofessional and I will be notifying management and never using them again. I plan to steer friends and family from them too.

Extremely disappointing experience. As a regular customer of Fly Away, I had temporarily stopped using their services due to an extensive construction project. However, I decided to give them another chance today, only to realize it would be my final visit. While there, I witnessed a prolonged and heated argument between a customer and one of the parking attendants. This spectacle was observed by numerous other customers who were patiently waiting their turn, all astounded by the unprofessional behavior displayed by the attendant. The attendant persistently shouted at the disgruntled customer, reminiscent of a juvenile dispute between two clueless individuals, repeatedly exchanging claims of blame. Regrettably, no intervention or management involvement was evident throughout the entire episode. Consequently, I have made the firm decision to discontinue my patronage of Fly Away Parking, which is fully owned by Parkit Enterprise Inc., an organization headquartered in Toronto, ON, Canada.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! The cheaper price is not worth the headache. I parked here for 6 days and came back to a completely dead battery at 1am caused by the valet leaving my ignition on. I ended up having to take an Uber home because the battery was destroyed and the truck wouldn’t stay running. I was initially offered a refund for my parking and told by the asst. manager they would submit a claim for the cost of a new battery and Uber home. But after a week of no response I was finely informed that they aren’t going to do anything. So now I’m out of pocket over $300 plus the cost of parking. All of this just to save a few bucks… Update: Over a month later and after many emails and calls, they offered for me to submit a claim by ProPark Mobility. Then was informed that it was denied due to the management being untruthful. I attempted to plead my case and was and coldly told that the claim will not be reviewed and I was SOL.

Buyer beware. The service for the parking and airport pickup was fine, nothing special, but it was the cheapest option we found, so it was adequate. Although, the location of the lot requires them to take some pretty curvy and narrow roads to get back over to the airport for drop-off which made my wife and kids a bit nervous. However, a month after booking online and paying online (in advance to just make the story better), I get an e-mailed receipt from them where they have charged my card a second time. I called and was told they didn't "close out" that day's receipts and had to go back and correct that. However, they didn't reverse either of the charges when doing that and also didn't offer any remedy, essentially telling me I wasn't telling the truth. I had to dispute with the credit card company when I gave them a chance to make it right first. I'll get my money back, but Fly Away's response to my call means I'll never be back there.

Worst parking service EVER!! Will NEVER (attempt to) use FlyAway again! Last week, we had a reservation to park here before our flight and were greeted with “Sorry We’re full” upon arrival. Upon going inside to talk to someone besides the attendant who was constantly breathing through his cigarette— I’m told by two dry jerks that there’s nothing that can be done. We were NOT notified whatsoever beforehand! Oh yeah, not one of them even mentioned receiving our refund (I’ll deal with that shortly). After frantically trying to locate somewhere else to park and ALMOST MISSING OUR FLIGHT, I found another company that had absolute top-tier customer service. Avoid these people at all costs! Go anywhere else where they will take care of you— unlike this sorry company. I wish “0 stars” was an option for a Google Review, because they deserve it— along with no more customers.

When I originally dropped my car off to leave for five days, I presented a coupon for 2 free days to the employee that took my car. He said there would be no issue and he would make sure to put it towards my tab. When I went to pick my car up at the end of my trip, the employee that check me out told me that they could not honor the coupon due to how the reservation was booked. I told him about the coupon, and he told me he doesn’t know who checked me in, but that they could not do anything to help me. After we sat there for a while, and I told him that was unacceptable, he offered to take one day off but that was all. Very poor customer service. If you won’t honor your coupons, then don’t put them in smart cards. There are much cheaper places to go if you can’t use the coupon. By the time I paid, it would have been cheaper and easier to Uber. Very disappointed.

I prepaid for parking well in advance and when we pulled up on the day of parking, they blocked the entry gate saying parking lot is full. The person blocking the gate said to call back for a refund and get 2 future days free parking. Had to go to BNA economy parking. I call in today and get a rude staff. Says I will get the refund in 3-5 business days. When asked about the free 2 days of future parking, saying "it's only 10$/day" and cant do anything about free pass. Asked to talk to the manager and says manager is out. I said I'll call in later and she says "sorry to the manager". I don't even want their 2 free days of future parking or anything to do with them anymore. If you plan to use them, factor in the extra time to find another parking place when you pull up to their gate. Update - the refund seems to have come back to the account immediately.

The one star is for not damaging my car. I had a coupon for 2 free days parking. I parked there for a week. I was charged full price and was told at the time i would receive the credit for 2 free days. That seemed strange to me but i went with it. After a week, no credit. I called and they said 5-7 business days. I went with it. Its been almost a month and no credit. They tell me the credit was processed. It has not shown up on my credit card statement in Sept or Oct. My next step is to print all these statements and drive back to Nashville to prove I never got the credit. Then if the Manager isnt there (he isnt often). I would have to go back. All of this and a 30 minute wait to be picked up at the airport. Maybe the Manager should spend more time there or at least empower his people to make decisions. This place is not worth the headaches

Worst Service Ever!!! Don’t waste your time spending your money with this unprofessional company and services they hardly even provide!!! They are only 3 miles away from the airport. They take 30 minutes to come pick you up from the airport when they advertise only a 10 minute wait time. They make excuses constantly saying they are stuck in traffic and only have 2 shuttles running and yet you will see the same shuttle drivers pull back around 3 or 4 times that get out of their shuttles from other companies to put the baggage on to their vehicles. They don’t even try and give you a discount off your price once they have wasted your precious time with waiting on them to arrive once you’ve text them and made them aware your plane just touch the ground.

I've had good experiences multiple times and have been loyal to this company for all my travel through Nashville airport for several years. However, today I got in from a flight and have been waiting for more than 25 minutes for a prescheduled pickup. Sent the text as requested. Nothing. Nobody even answered the phone when I called for assistance the first time. It's been 10 minutes since I finally got someone on the phone but still waiting. I have watched several other companies do multiple pickups in the time I have been waiting. I'm going to try another company next time and see if the response is more consistent. If this has been my wife or a parent, it would make me furious, but I'm personally just disappointed.

I arrived at 3am and my experience was great. A young man came outside and asked for my information. After my family and I got out someone else took our bags out and loaded them on the van. My daughter noticed she left her phone in my car after we pulled up at the airport. This gentleman took us back to get her phone and brought us back with no questions or attitude. He was great. My car was parked there for 6 days. When we returned I texted my claim number to the number on the ticket and they showed up looking for us, because I didn't even see them. So customer service was great. There were no dents or scratches on my car. It was ready for us when we pulled up. I will most definitely use this company again.

We waited 35 minutes at the waiting area at the airport for our pick up on our return. And then once we arrived back to Fly Away we waited another 10 mins on them to bring my vehicle up. I’ll be looking for another place to park. Their service used to be top notch but the last two times I’ve waited much longer than I’ve ever had to. When I called after waiting 25 mins at the airport the female employee hung up on me and didn’t give me an ETA as to when they would arrive. A simple we are very busy, or short drivers or whatever they had going on would have been better. They had 4 people working that evening I’m not sure why we had such a long wait and the vehicles weren’t pulled up ready to go.

Look elsewhere, texted pick up 8:12am and then after being at pick up for a couple minutes called at 8:22. Took five times for someone to pick up . He was rude and immediately blamed me for not being there within ten minutes and that he was busy doing drop offs and would be there eventually then hung up. When he did arrive didn’t ask to help with luggage especially the family with little kids who had one bag they couldn’t carry on when first boarding. Then complained getting it on the bus. They are way to understaffed to the point he couldn’t pull in because the line of cars waiting for drop off, I’ll be canceling my parking for June with them.

Cheaper but very unprofessional. This company has 5 buses total but only utilize 1. You can wait up to 40 minutes for a ride (per trip) to and from the airport. I called after waiting 30 minutes. The man that answered was very rude. FYI the building/parking area is only 6 minutes away from the airport. This has happened to us two different occasions. You will also find yourself waiting even longer for the bus to fill up with others so they can take fewer trips. Absolutely ridiculous! Very poor customer service! If your running late, find another ride because they still will take their time and you WILL miss your fight depending on this company.

BEWARE- I used their website to reserve a spot at their online advertised $12/day rate. I used my credit card and prepaid but did not see any charge on my credit card. I just received an email confirming my reservation time and their address with their logo. At pickup, I had a $6.37 balance for airport tax/fee. Then the person behind the desk says the total charged was $92.13 (almost $21/day) AND THEN SAID I OWED ANOTHER $6.37. So $12/day advertised is really $23/day. I'll park at the airport next time and not have to wait to ride a sketchy green bus that had been wrecked and repaired with white packing tape and plexi glass.

I have been using Fly Away Airport Parking in Nashville for almost 20 years now !.I usually arrive at about 3:30am in the morning and every time I get to Fly Away the Night Shift Staff are extremely professional and do a great job of getting me to the airport without any problems ! I would like to express my gratitude and say Thank You to the staff at Fly Away that run their shop and routinely deliver top notch service ! I have used Fly Away several times with no issues until my last trip. Paid for my reservation online in full as always but this time before they would give me my keys they wanted $22.00 more dollars. The excuse they gave me was simply "you didn't pay enough" even though I told them I paid in full on line (that's the only way you can pay online is in full) and I had proof. They didn't care and wanted more money. I paid it and I hope it was worth losing a customer. I have two more week long trip in the near future and will be going somewhere else to park.

The staff is prompt and courteous. They do things in a timely manner with respect for their customers. Their shuttle runs 24/7, unlike many of the other airport parking places you will find. Best of all, they have your car started, the heat/air running, and your trunk open for when the shuttle arrives back to drop you off at Fly Away. You are given a tag with a phone number and tag number upon arrival at Fly Away. You text the number when you are ready for the shuttle to come get you from the airport. The service of Fly Away is top notch in my opinion.

I had reservations and pre-paid only to show up at the lot today to find it closed due to being full. I was told to go to BNA Express which wasn’t opened. I tried to call to find out about getting my $ back, no answer, voicemail is full so can’t leave a message. In the future, I’m fairly certain I will no longer depend on Flyaway. I’ve been parking with Flyaway Nashville for years and have always been happy with the service, but dealing with a bereavement and then this?! Epic fail, folks! In the future, I’ll be making other arrangements.

I arrived at 1 AM and called for a pickup as instructed. Since I was not familiar with the Nashville airport I asked where to go for the van. After 30 minutes of no van I called back and then was told I was in the wrong spot. After another 10 minute walk I still had to call back and wait an additional 15 minutes for the van. After all of that I was still treated rudely by the driver and attendant who gave me the original instructions. I will never use this off site parking again. Beware if you come in after midnight!

We have been customers for years, but sadly are planning to switch to another parking provider. We returned from a trip recently and our car was locked up in an off-site lot. We had to wait approx 45 minutes for someone to retrieve it. These things happen and are understandable on occasion, but we did expect the management to offer some sort of discount or coupon to help alleviate the inconvenience...but nothing like that was offered. That's just not how you treat customers if you expect their repeat business.

Made reservations, paid up front and when we get there the lot is full!!! A very rude employee said they could not call everybody when the lot is full. I just want to know why our reservation was not honored or why we were even allowed to make it. They were able to send an email with the reservation number and receipt of payment why not an email the lot was full before arriving with the gates closed so we could make other arrangements. We have used this service in the past with no problems but never again.

Waited two hours and called multiple times for a pickup. I’ve used FlyAway for years and this was my last time. No discount offered or resolution. All they said was “sorry about that”. We watched ParkingSpot and Flight Park shuttles come multiple times while we were waiting. There was traffic but Google maps showed a 20 minute drive and I could understand that amount of time. Do yourself a favor and choose a different parking service. Don’t use FlyAway for airport parking in Nashville!

It was very convenient. Check in was quick and easy. I was parked and at the airport in no time. When I returned, I was picked within a few minutes of leaving the plane. I opted to have my truck detailed, they did a great job! It shined like new money. Not only that, when I got to the lot it was running with the A/C on ready to go. I was on the interstate headed home in about 15 minutes from landing. This was an absolutely excellent experience and I will most certainly use you again.

I have used this service for many years, but my last two experiences were horrible. I won't use fly away again. The drivers are very courteous. However, the young man in the office "lost" my car and tried to blame it on the man who was bringing the cars up front. This happened on my last two trips. The young man in the office had a terrible attitude and should NOT be working with the public. I love the convenience, but I can find another service that wants my business.

I was very pleased with the whole parking process from start to finish. I reserved in advance and when I got there, the shuttle was waiting for me. I especially loved the fact that my car was parked next to the shuttle drop off spot when we got back to the lot with the trunk open and they even put my luggage in it for me. Everyone was very nice! Prices were reasonable. Shuttles run constantly. Will definitely use them on my next trip!

I highly recommend this shuttle to the Nashville airport. The staff is friendly, understanding, and goes beyond to help. When I was concerned about my truck, my delayed flight, and what was going to happen as a result, Joe stepped up to reassure me and resolve concerns in addition to the support of his team that night despite how hectic it was from flights coming in late. I plan to use this shuttle again next time.

Drop off and pickup was nice having assistance with baggage but no system on pickup. There were clearly too many of us to fit and no way of knowing who called first. We were traveling with two children under the age of 3 and they were expecting to sit on the luggage. After getting into our car the passenger seat had cleared been sat back which is odd considering valet service only requires one person to drive.

Booked parking ahead of time and when we arrived they said the lot was full and to find other parking. They said we would receive a refund. I’ve sent them a message on their website site and left a voicemail with no response. Would highly recommend Executive Travel and Parking instead. They have been great every time, but did not have available spots for this trip and let me know ahead of time.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up once we got back to the airport and ended up taking a taxi to the parking lot. Once there, it took another 15 minutes to get our car brought to us. After paying for parking and the taxi, we would have been better off parking at the airport. No answer when I called the office to find out when a shuttle would arrive. I do not recommend at all!

We text our number to be picked up from airport at 4:30pm on 12/25 and waited in pickup area 1 like we were told and we sat there till 5:25pm that is bad when we saw another park and ride bus come through atleast 7 times before we got picked up from fly away and when we got back to fly away the lady at the desk was VERY RUDE We are never going to use you again THAT IS A PROMISE

Marcellus was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did he take care of me, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations and truly assisted me for both of my future reservations based upon my previous bad past experience earlier this year. If you want a GREAT experience, please use Fly Away Airport Parking Garage in Nashville, Tennessee! They will beat any other airport parking BY FAR!

I’ve been using FlyAway for over a decade, and have never had a problem—nothing but the best customer service! Most recent experience was last week. Online registration worked like a charm. Text when we arrived back, and even called to ask a question, and we reached them immediately. The driver was friendly and kept our stress level low. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have a corporate account with them, made a reservation, and prepaid for my family. I get a call from my wife, who was turned away with our 3 kids, and was told that reservations do not mean anything to flyaway because they were full. Tried to call and was sent directly to Voice-mail and the mailbox is full. Do not book here if you are looking for something reliable.

We have used them many times in the past but never again. Staff can barely speak a full sentence without slurring. They all seem to be high on something. Our vehicle wasn't ready and it was filthy. This is confusing considering it was detailed a few days before we left for our trip. Luckily, there were no damages to ours as other reviewers have reported. Never again!

Booked a reservation almost a month out only to arrive and be told the lot was full and that our reservation is cancelled and would be getting a refund. They said they didn’t have the capacity to call or email that our reservation was cancelled. Poor management of occupancy. Won’t ever use them again. Highly recommend The Parking Spot.

I have used this parking/shuttle service before and was very happy. This time I also requested a car wash before I picked up my vehicle. My car was so shiny and clean, he did an excellent job! I have to say it was so refreshing coming home from a hectic trip and have a nice clean car! I will always use the car wash service from now on!

No way to know whether they're full before you pull all the way in. Is it hard to find a sign company who can set you up? Then instead of saying "We're full unless you have a reservation", they take your name, then ask for the reservation, then imply that it's mandatory. Waste of everyone's time. Just be straight. "LOT IS FULL."

This was not the first time we have used Fly Away parking and we will continue to use them each time we fly! The drivers are courteous and friendly. The staff handling the transactions inside the business are also friendly and courteous. We feel secure leaving our automobile with them and we know it will be taken care of.

DO NOT use them! The guy taking payment would not honor the coupon. There is no reason they couldn’t other than trying to take advantage of us. He was hateful and rude. Our shuttle driver was great and would be better off working at another location. There are plenty of other parking places that will better serve people!

Fly Away was one of the highlights of our trip! The whole experience went so smoothly, from drop off to pick up. It was so nice to arrive back to a warm car on a cold morning. Everyone was so friendly, and it gave us peace of mind to know all those details were taken care of. Whenever we fly, we will use Fly Away!

Got the key fob - still no car. Waited another 10 minutes for the car. No help with the luggage. Avoid this place.

Had a bad experience on a recent trip. Drop off was ok but returning at 4pm on a Sunday meant a long wait for the shuttle (saw three separate Parking Spot shuttles before ours finally arrived). Then the shuttle we got on was about 95 degrees and they didn’t have our car ready to go. Would avoid.

Horrible wait times both leaving FlyAway and at the terminal. You're lucky if they can fund your car when you return, and if they do you're even luckier if they don't back charge you for additional rates and fees even after you thought you paid out. They have gone downhill in the past few uears.

Great customer service, smooth transportation! Our driver drove the quickest route to miss morning rush hour traffic :) We arrived at the airport in less than 10 min and he did all of this with a smile! Something a traveler needs at 8 in the morning! Thank you Fly Away, we will be coming back!

Fly Away is the best. Easy booking, no worries navigating traffic to or from the airport. Dropped off at our gate and waiting for us when we returned. Loaded and unloaded our bags from our car to their van and back in our car when we returned. Super friendly staff- all of them. 100% recommend.

I have used your facility a few times and I love how easy it is from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and get me to and from airport in timely manner. Vehicle is waiting and running when I get back. No waiting. Definitely my go to for travel and yes I recommend yall to all my friends.

Despite the negative reviews I sometimes see for Fly Away, i've parked with them for several years with no issue. Even when I lost my claim ticket, they got me picked up from the airport and back into my car without hassle. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating over the years.

I had a pay ahead reservation for parking. Arrived to find an attendant, at a closed gate, saying they had overbooked with no space and our reservation would not be honored. Stated someone would call us to refund us. After many phone calls and emails they are refusing to reimburse me.

This was my worst experience ever. I would not advise anyone to book or buy spaces in advance at this parking lot. I booked and paid for parking two days before check-in and when I arrived I was told the parking lot was full of cars.… And that is not their problem. That’s really crazy

Excellent service. Quick drop off of our car with friendly staff. Shuttle ride is fast and efficient. Pick up on return is easy and fast and our car was waiting for us right where the shuttle parks on their lot. We will continue to use their service every time we travel!

I had a PREPAID reservation and upon arrival was told that the lot was overbooked. The attendant just said to park at the Nashville airport, which was much more expensive. I will never use FlyAway again. This place used to be great, but has turned into a disaster.

Location is easy to access & the service is quick. Only had one bad experience where I was double charged. I had prepaid on-line & then charged again after leaving. Tried to contact them by phone & by email for a refund, but could never get in touch with anyone.

Do not ever use this place!! The service is HORRIBLE!! I landed at 1am. I was told 5-6 minute pickup. I did not get to my car until 2am! I did notice he had a HOT hamburger eating it. I guess the food pickup was more important than the customer pickup.
