Avoid! I can't be the only person that's had this problem...parked for the Thursday night Titans game, attendants waved us in (they weren't even standing at the street) there's no ticket booth in and when we left no ticket pay booth out. I had no way to pay in our out. I get a letter in the mail for over $100 because I didn't pay a $30 event parking fare. Metropolis won't agree to allow me to just pay the fare they're insisting I pay a fine because of their operational/design issue. I can't be the only one, let's connect and get this fixed. Google says this is Premier Parking I'm getting bills from Metropolis parking. Premier is everywhere here in Nashville and just fine. Whatever this Metropolis is now clearly is not only taking advantage of locals but definitely the tourists that us local get the economic benefit from. Update from their response since it won't allow my reply. They'll have signs out that say "Event Parking $30". You won't know how if you don't read my review and the owner's response you won't realize but your event parking will be over $100. So still avoid...and to the "owner" that responded I've told your support staff already I'd be happy to pay my parking fare as you advertised. You're clearly not looking to be open and forthright with your operation. Send me the bill for $30 since you don't post your long instruction process in a responsible place in the garage.

My husband and son parked in this garage for Titans game on 11/26/23. Followed the instructions and scanned the QR code, entered car tag number, parking space, and paid the requested $17 dollars via debit card. The charge posted to our acct the following morning under a Contactless Parking Dallas title. We never received a receipt for the payment. Now we have received a parking violation and requesting $30 for the parking and additional $70 fine. I am in the process of e-mail correspondence and have provided the processed payment, but they continue to want a copy of “official pre-paid receipt with the date and location of the reserved spot”. It was not a prepaid reservation so nothing to provide, just a park and pat and it hitting my bank acct receipt. There is no phone number for better communication and can’t locate on their website how the payment will show up in the bank posting. Come to find out there is a long string of complaints to the Tennessee Attorney General’s office against this company for these issues. I will be contacting them at next open business day. I will not pay a dime to them for something I’ve already paid…they can turn me over to collections!

Good experience for us, though we were there between 11:30 am - 1pm on a winter non-game day Sunday, so we had no congestion issues mentioned by the other reviewers. Gates have been replaced by plate readers so maybe that will help elevate some of those type issues. Don’t believe this is a “premier parking” property so maybe that has helped. The restaurant we went to validated parking in the garage so we paid less than $10 for the stay. Even without the discount i think the rate was $20 - still affordable for the area. Parked on 2nd level in a SUV. Was a little tight but manageable. Drove past the entrance the first time going down first ave and had to circle around. Was past the entrance before I even knew it was there. I will likely park here again when in the SoBro area.

We were parking for a concert and there was no attendant upon leaving. I did not see any signage about signing up for anything or how to pay and got a fine in the mail to the tune of $70 plus the $30 original fee. Especially for one time parking I do not recommend this garage. It took an hour and a half to exit the garage and there was almost no parking in addition to the parking violation.

Without a picture, good luck finding this entrance. There is little to no parking on lower levels, which makes after event exiting borderline impossible. There are no signs to get to the stairs versus elevators. If I had known I would be sitting for hours after an event completely at a standstill, I would have found parking literally anywhere else.
