Nike, Champs, Jumpman, Footlocker, JD, Footaction, Finishline, Shoe palace, Bodega, Kids Footlocker, every sneaker shop the drops the new Sneakers in store. YOU HATE RESELLERS. Well its your staff selling the info of what shoe you putting out on the front of your cashiers desk that day. So many cook groups , that your staff sells the info to more than one group for $50 to $100 sometimes in exchange for a pair for themselves at retail price because the store manager did not let them buy a pair. Plus many of this employees are in a cook group and are resellers. That's why theres fights and even ppl dying over an argument when they find out that your staff sold to a reseller and when you get there your staff says they dont have them look what happened to the kid in Shoe palace no longer in this world. You gotta do better and control this before many more ppl loose their lives. I do not know why you allow them to hang in your store all day.

This store was always had great customer service until now. called to see if they had a specific sneaker before going there. Even called back a gain to double check. got there, they said they didn't have it after allThe manager was unsympathetic to the fact that money and time was was getting there and offered no solution (ordering the sneaker to the store or putting it on hold when it cam back in, 10% off next purchase) absolutely nothing. He just laughed it off. I will never go back that footlocker at the Beverly center and urge others to choose another store or at least footlocker with a better managament .

Be very careful when you go into some stores because they steal your money you're not paying attention it will take more than you have to pay and then when you go back and let him know that's what they did he tried to pretend like they didn't do it but then they hurry up and give you your money back and you can tell by how a couple of them are looking any stores you know it's a big stealing crew but I got my eye on I can tell him when I walk into the store it's a team going on now I got hit two times but I hit them back and got my money back hooray for me thumbs down down

Tony at this store in Beverly Center went above and beyond for me. Found a pair of shoes on sale I really liked but it was the last pair with a minor stain on it, Tony called to another store, found the shoes, put them on hold for me in my name, and then called another store so I could continue my shopping DTLA. Not everyday sales associates go above and beyond like that, I will be notifying corporate as well of his dedication to their customers. Thanks Tony & Beverly Center FL!

My spot for sneakers! Wished Nike would let them release more exclusives! The staff here is great and pretty seamless when you have a reservation. Way better than Hollywood! Strongly advise against that store!!!! Beverly center is being remodeled but this store is going strong!! Check them out!

Clearly holding onto to shoes instead of selling them. I was told from another footlocker location they had 2 size 14 Kobe’s reverse grinch’s available and when I arrived they claim to be sold out. Rude customer service. Plus they don’t answer the phone

Awesome service and a decent selection of products (only on the normal side). On the House of Hoops side, items are very limited compared to other locations. I liked the store’s design before they changed the look to a regular, boring Foot Locker.

Very unprofessional employees. We were picking up an online order and it took the employee 45 min to locate our order while we were being charged for the parking. All this time, the item was before her eyes. Train your employees, footlocker!

Loud and busy. You would think the employees would be frazzled and curt, but they were pleasant and helpful. Shoe selection is limited to basketball and "lifestyle" with a couple of running shoes in the mix. No tennis.

Always busy and less sales then other Foot Lockers the times I have been there it seems but nice high end sneakers like 200- Nike's. Regular higher end Mall retail shoe store basically. Pretty good selection overall
