Beautiful clothes. First time I ever went into a Forever New store. Ready to spend! I had my 5 year old daughter with me and my trolley with my shopping in it. While I was looking at the clothes with my daughter, a staff member came up behind me and said I’m taking your trolley and proceeded to walk off with my trolley. When I turned around and saw her marching off with my stuff, I asked what she was doing and she said no trolleys allowed in the store. She said she was going to park my trolley elsewhere and that There’s a sign at the door saying no trolleys. Absolutely no manners, not even able to look at me when she spoke. I took my daughter and trolley and left the store. Later on my way back to the car , I looked for signage at the door regarding trolleys…. None to be found. When I queried this, I was told staff has to verbally tell the customers. No apologies, just argumentative… I will not be going back into this store. Is the problem with management? Usually if management have no manners, it filters down the line to staff. Are you unable to teach basic good manners? Either that or you need new staff. In SA, there is no way I’m leaving my trolley with shopping on the other side of the store. Your loss all round!

I must echo the other reviewer to say that this store in Tygervalley gives the absolute worst customer service ever. In fact, there is no customer service at all. Staff are arrogant and not interested in helping; would rather want to talk to each other. I've been there twice now, and both times were horrible. I first went in there to try on a dress I saw online. They didn't have it. The snotty assistant told me I should try their other stores. She didn't offer to call a store at all. I eventually purchased the dress online, but had to return as it wasn't suitable. When returning it to the Tygervalley store I got the same rude treatment. Girl behind counter didn't make eye contact. Didn't talk to me. Handed me receipt. I had to ask what do I do with it? She said, "sign it" with attitude. There is a reason there are hardly any people in this store. These sales assistants are not interested in assisting anybody!

I called in this morning for a jumpsuit, everything was great , they kept it aside for me. Great. I understand it was near closing time, but the staff have no customer service skills. Walking in there feels bad. I’m not sure if it’s because I was wearing work uniform(retail) that I was looked at with an intention of not being able to afford the clothing? Or maybe because I work in retail I’m not valued as a customer? None of which are valid reasons. Anyways after making my purchase, I was given a white plastic bag to carry the garment. Not even a nice bag? And to my dismay I took the wrong size. But will definitely not be going back. Id rather go out of my way to another branch and do my return. Customer Service is horrid.

I agree with an earlier statement that the customer service is non existent. I returned an item on the 24th of December and still haven’t received the refund despite 6 enquiries at the store. They are simply not interested in resolving the matter. After each visit they promised to phone me to update or give feedback - I am yet to receive a call from this store.

Always a pleasure shopping at Forever New stores. I just love how the ladies in the stores are always willing to find the size for me telephonically and keep the items aside for me to pick up from the store. Love their online store too,delivery is great. Okay, I just love me some Forever New.

Was in this store early this morning, zero customer service, they don’t even acknowledge you. Walked out, will not come back to this store, wil continue to do my FN purchases online.

Other than the staff member @ the door, sanitizing, maybe it's their way of customer service, to not attend to the customer or even just acknowledging
