My fiancee loves to shop at forever new and I am a fan of the brand, the designs and the quality of clothing that Forever New has to offer... Unfortunately, the level of service that we received in the Cape Town store was very poor and absolutely unacceptable... We walked in to no service and when we asked Thalita to help us she was very disappointed that we interrupted her while she was busy on her cell phone? I was sitting on the lovely couch in the fitting room helping my lady with advice on the selection she had chosen and Thalita rolled her eyes at her when she asked to try a different size!? (I chose to pretend not to see this as it had been a really long day and did not want to see a dramatic situation unfold)... Obviously after the frustration of not getting any service, my fiancee decided to politely hang back all the clothing and express her discontent to Thalita who then decided that customers are unimportant and should not be able to expect great service from a world class store but rather get eyes rolled at again!? At this stage of boiling point my fiancee calmly asked for the manager on duty and explained the situation to the manageress who handled it very gracefully by taking the responsibility of apologising on Thalita's behalf. We decided to leave without purchasing any of the items we had chosen and to rather purchase them at the Johannesburg store where we can have an enjoyable experience... It is such a pity that all the hard work put in by the passionate designers, marketers, managers at Forever New has to be ruined by an unrespectfull and ungrateful salesperson who clearly is unhappy about having a job in such a well reputed establishment...

I love Forever New clothing - they have the prettiest dresses. My experience at the V&A branch yesterday left much to be desired - there was a sales assistant who seemed to be visibly irritated and was hovering around me which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The music in the store was not family friendly (I suggest you at least find the clean versions of the newer music). I got what I needed though - great quality clothing.

I have had so much run around with forever new in the last few days as I enquire on the availability of a specific dress I want to buy for someone. The worst thing is that a store in a high volume area doesnt stock the curved range. It is only ranged to 2 stores in Cape Town! I would have expected them to be accommodating. Does Forever new even want to be in business?

As a birthday treat for my daughter's 18 we went shopping at the Waterfront .. The sales staff especially Arlene Van Wyk went out of their way to help us...getting stock out of from the back and even removing a dress from a mannequin.. helpful and kind.. really made our day thank you

The pop up shop is by far the worst forever new I have ever been in. The staff barely greeted or assisted us, the floor in the fitting room was so filthy I didn’t even want to remove my shoes. Will def not recommend

Helpful staff. Came in for one item left with 2 shopping bags as the staff were helpful and were actual sales people instead of standing around filling the shop floor. Great 'pretty women' experience!

Went into the store for a return(17/08/2022) and I received the best service, the ladies were friendly and willing to help!

Excellent service and good product range, but store desperately in need of fixtures and fittings

I know nothing about the clothing, but there was a comfortable couch to sit on.
