On my first session with Sue, I was able to inform her why I had previously been disappointed from my other clinics, Sue had meticulous attention to detail and was extremely thorough with the movement of the machine ensuring to not miss a spot! This exceptional service/treatment clarified why I continuesly had hair growth and poor results from other clinics. We booked my follow up appointment 5 weeks later, only to be positively impressed with the results. For years I have suffered with Keratosis Pilaris, everyone had told me laser hair removal treatment should fix that. Started sessions at forever smooth this year after many years at another well known clinic. The other clinic was constantly changing staff and changing settings. After 6 years I was told they were using the wrong setting for skin colour and this explained the lack of results I was seeing. After just a handful of sessions at forever smooth I have seen a dramatic improvement in results. They are are careful and thorough and don’t laser areas just for the sake of it. Instead they recommend you don’t laser certain areas to avoid stimulation and extra growth saving you unnecessary payments and sessions. Best laser and beauty clinic I’ve been too . I've been to many laser clinics and Forever Smooth is the only clinic I have stayed with. The service is absolutely amazing and the staff are wonderful. Ive been to forever smooth on a number of occasions for laser and just recently i turned up to my appointment ( i had booked for the entire package that day) and sue told me to go home and come back in a few weeks because there was no hair growth under the skin an i would be wasting my money. Laser for many is a painless procedure, but unfortunately I have a very very low pain threshold and tolerance, so I feel the pain!
