This clinic seems to care more about putting as many units as they can to charge you more than they care about providing a good experience and making you look and feel good. You are better off researching for a clinic that actually values the art of cosmetic enhancements and the professional integrity of the people they employ. Take it from someone with experience, I am only writing this to spare others. I am not from NSW and the only reason I came to this clinic is because I figured you cant go wrong with botox/dysport injections, I was sadly mistaken.

Victoria Geeves was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and super quick with my procedure. I will most definitely be back for future procedures! I would highly recommend her as she has been in the industry for many years and knows exactly what she is doing, she carefully explained everything to me and was very honest which I admire and look for. The prosedure was over and done with before I knew it and she also made me laugh which took my mind off it all. I couldn’t fault her customer service as well as knowledge.

Nadeine could not have done a better job with my very first experience with injectables. I had wanted them done for so long but was always to nervous and she made me instantly feel comfortable. My lips turned out better than I could have expected. Her professional and honest yet gentle approach was exactly what I needed and the results are the proof in the pudding that she knows exactly what she was doing! I am extremely impressed with Jill and the BRILLIANT results of the filler she put under my eyes. I had deep troughs and never imagined that she could almost get rid of them completely. Jill took the time she needed to give me the perfect outcome and was very gentle during the procedure. She is genuinely skilled at her job and I will definitely come back to see Jill again if I want to get anything else done. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone wanting any cosmetic procedure at LCA Macarthur Square.

Was recommended to use top product filler as it would avoid bumpy texture, it was lumpy after the 2week period still. I returned twice and told it was fine. The 2nd time I returned, I was told it just needed to be massaged out. In same visit I was told if my reaction to it was like it was, I should wait 3-4 months before doing them again?.....if it was normal why was I told that? Poor product, poor aftercare, therefore poor service

I've been going to LCA Macarthur Square for Laser Hair Removal and Microderm treatments, and I can say that I had a really good experience each time I went. The girls and the owner(s) are very friendly and welcoming, especially Amanda who I felt very comfortable with and definitely recommend. Overall, I have been happy with my experience at this clinic and will be back for more treatments :)

I have had two sessions with Gemma having filler. She is the best injector I’ve ever experienced. First consultation she asked me what I wanted to achieve and based her treatments on this. She is friendly, professional and puts the client’s best interest first. She is also the only injector I’ve seen where I don’t end up with bruising. Will definitely be a return client and recommend her

My experience with Nadeine was amazing. As it was my first time getting Botox, she talked me through the process and let me know exactly how much was needed and what it was going to do. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire appointment - it was as if I was talking to a friend! I would 100% recommend her to anyone asking about Botox or any kind of procedure.

Laser Clinics at MacArthur Square are my go to laser technicians in the area! I use them for both my laser needs, but also love having one of the various types of facials they offer. The staff are all very lovely and professional. In particular, Jordyn is wonderful at her job and it’s always a pleasure when I go in for an appointment. Would highly recommend the whole team.

Have had laser hair removal done by this place, did 10 sessions. They were clearly under treating with low laser settings to make me buy more packages as I never had pain or follicular swelling and minimal hair fallout. Went to another laser company and within two sessions I had SIGNIFICANT hair reduction, same machine that LCA used (ALEX LASER). AVOID THIS PLACE

I have been getting treatments since 2020 at this store and have been so very happy! Staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Mikayla in particular has been so attentive and understanding to my needs and wants for all my treatments!! I have sent my friends to this store who are also very happy with not only their results but the staff.

I recently got my lips done my nurse Jessica the injectables nurse. She was great. Very good technique and understanding of what I wanted with my lips. She used 1ml juvaderm ultra plus and honestly they look amazing, exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back to see her to do my cheeks and lips again.

I used to hate laser day because I was always in for a long session, but that all changed when I started going to LCA Macarthur. Karlie in particular is quick and efficient, and the team are kind and welcoming! I recommend LCA to everyone!
