I want to give kudos to Nick @ Fred Loya, Ledbetter location, kudos, kudos, kidos!!!! He was a life saver. My son purchsed his first new car and the dealership wanted his name on the insurance policy before he could drive new car home. So, I was that customer calling 20 minutes before closing! Nick was very patient and gave me all the info needed to get my son on they policy and he waited for me to show up after closing at 7pm!!!! I appreciate the service and understanding! You Rock!

Marya at the Ledbetter location was more than helpful, reassuring, and very attentive to some stories from a couple of old people when she could have just rushed us out of the store. I'll never be able to look at anything from Victoria's Secret without thinking about you. They helped me when I thought I might have to surrender my car and a rate that was cheaper than Geico..aha!

I had to file a claim due to someone hitting my car. The agent who handled my claim never answered the phone or returned my calls. I had to contact his supervisor on more than one occasion to get him to contact me. This should have never happened. I would have never known what was going on with my case if I didn't constantly call to get a status update.

The staff is so slow! For some reason I am having to come into the office and they only have one person at the desk. The customer service is there, but when it gets busy having one/two people is not ok. I usually recommend this insurance because it’s cheap but try another office.

Worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with! I recommend to right away get an attorney if this company tries to refuse paying for damages.
