I have dealt with a few insurance places and they've made me feel like just another file en their computer. Pero with Freeway Insurance you're treated like an actual person. Not only es the response time on the phone prompt but it's the same en person too. Whether en person or over the phone this location's staff has greeted me with hospitality, understanding and wonderful customer service. Ezra es amazingly incredible and took very great care of me and for that I am thankful and filled with gratitude. Very affordable insurance. They work contigo and do follow-ups. No matter how many preguntas you may have they are patient and will answer and will make sure they find the right policy for you.

Went to Freeway Insurance to find some mediocre car insurance for my family and I... instead I was greeted by an incredible and extremely helpful individual, Amaris. She was very very helpful and really nice. She made sure that every question I had was answered while doing her best to find the right policy for me. Since it was my first time handling something like this... I was very grateful that she was the one to help me out. Freeway is extremely affordable and being treated by Amaris made the experience very smooth and simple. Would definitely recommend!

AMARIS gave beyond exceptional service, she gave me multiple options & scenarios until we found one that I was looking for she also always made sure it was what I was wanting and looked for rates that met my budget before processing anything. she definitely takes in your needs and doesn’t give you any extras or hidden fees. Yescica Escobar is a really great insurance rep and has awesome customer service. She is very detailed. And takes her time with helping you through the sign up process. I rarely leave google reviews but if you’re in the Dallas area and shopping for insurance I highly suggest you to tap in with Amaris at freeway! She was very knowledgeable about an industry that can be very intimidating. She was down to earth and very realistic with me and made me feel way more confident in my options! I had a million and one questions but she answered every one and reassured me and that is not service you can get just anywhere. Really appreciate her!

I gotta admit that I had come to believe that customer service kindness was long dead, but Yaritza showed up to prove me wrong. This morning I spoke with an agent by the name of Fabiola and I have to say the experience was quite amazing not only did she give me the lowest rate I had been getting shopping around from any of the other companies out here right now for liability, insurance , but the customer service was also on point !!! I had the chance to talk to Amaris about my policy with another insurance company. I had some issues after a hit and run left me without a bumper. Fabiola Prado was really great. We came in at 6:30pn and was with another client. She didn't hesitate to help us out getting our car in for a coverage. She did great on helping us out and my parents really loved how she attended us. We didn't end up leaving until past 8:00pm. She had to leave at 7:00.

I just want to say that I thank freeway insurance on so many levels. I was able to save so much money on insurance it was unbelievable. Not to mention Amaris was so professional and polite and was able to help in everyway. I would recommend everyone to come and get great deeply discounted insurance.
