I must start from the beginning... a couple of wks ago I was dissatisfied with my insurance “Progressive” b/c I’d completed a 6 month policy with them, auto draft/all on time payments & no claims. I had hopes of getting at least a $10 dollar per mo discount on my renewed policy —NEGATIVE! Which made me shop for insurance, I ran across Freeway Insurance when I googled & I got my hands on a gem “ Bill” at the Mesquite, Tx location. Not only did Bill get me a much better rate with the exact same coverage... but I got an email from the insurance company he set me up with & they’d rescinded my “prior insurance coverage discount” b/c I’d started the new policy 1 day prior to my other policy ending (weird huh? EXACTLY) I spoke with 2 young ladies who explained the exact same “rule” so the end result was ; I had to deal with the upcharge based on losing the discount. To my happy surprise, Bill got right on it after I called him with what I thought was a problem:) within 30min I got a call bk from him PROBLEM SOLVED!! I’m a happy client who look forward to continued years of business with Bill. He also made sure to tell me “ if you EVER have another issue, please let me handle it 1st”!!! I can’t be happier to have him in my corner! Do not hesitate to give him a try. He could have easily passed me along or stuck with what I’d been told but he went to bat for me after I’d struck out. Woww!! great customer service and was very quick!! I needed to reinstate my insurance policy but My policy had officially been cancelled due to non payment (long story) so I was transferred to freeway insurance to have my quote rewritten. Initially I was sent to a man who said I needed to contact a different department to have my issue resolved -this turned to me being put in a endless loop of interacting with the system then eventually not being able to choose any options so I was forced to end the call and try again... My second time around I was transferred to Ms. Arely and to say she was helpful would be an understatement. The whole process after getting transferred to her was about 15 min or less... she was very quick and knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed to fix and how to do that within the first 30 seconds of me explaining my problem. Throughout the whole process Ms.Arely demonstrated great patience and experience, allowing me to reinsure my vehicle and at an even cheaper price than before!
