Horrible customer service. I came into the shop to work for a bit and have a glass of wine. I approached the lovely guys on the till for their menu whiles I tried to jump on my meeting. I asked them for their best drinks and they gave me their menu. My plan was to order a glass of wine but I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to order. I figured I’d jump on my meeting and go thru their menu. To my surprise, i jumped on a call to a client and the manager literally came to my table to interrupt my meeting. I was trying to explain to him that I was coming to order something but hadn’t decided what I wanted and he rudely told me to leave the premises if I am going to work here and not order anything. He even went as far as refuse to take my order and asked me to leave. Until one of the guys from the till advised that I had previously approached them to recommend their best drinks. This person in question was actually the manager of this place, some tall black dude; Very dismissive, rude, uncouth individual.( just for the record, I am black too, so no one is trying to single him out) He couldn’t even apologise, he just walked away. Literally was about to walk me out in the middle of my meeting. Terrible place, and horrible horrible customer service. I will not advise anyone to go there.
Absolutely appalling customer service from an egotistical, power hungry manager. As other reviewers have stated I was asked to leave as I had sat down and not ordered a drink. I had sat down to finish a phone call before going to order a drink and the ‘manager’ came angrily running over frantically telling me to leave as it was not a sitting area. Within 5 minutes I was surrounded by 4 security guards telling me they would forcibly remove me (for context, I’m a professional and not causing any trouble - literally just sat on a work call). This place will not be getting my custom again and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family to not visit this place again.

Not a good experience. Paid £24 for a carafe of champagne, had to pay cash as they said they were unable to take cards. The ‘champagne’ was flat, pretty much undrinkable and I am really not sure that it was champagne. My friend and I had a couple of sips and left the rest. I told the barman as we left and his response was that he would give me a free glass next time. There won’t be a next time! It pretty much explained why the place was empty on a busy Thursday lunchtime
Served a rose sparkling that wasn’t sparkling. When I complained I was served a replacement after the server argued with me (absolutely no fizz or bubbles) then the second one was a half measure about three inches from the top of the glass. Lady next to me served same glass an inch from the top. Queried as soon as I was given it and was told the strawberry she had makes it bigger: that must be one massive strawberry! obviously on the take

I have been coming to fizz bar since it first opened in Birmingham and the service has always been good but today it was excellent. The 2 members of staff working (victor & Vladimir) have been wonderful, they have gone above and beyond. They have made a real effort with all the customers today, chatting, great service and it’s been a lovely afternoon. We came for one drink before shopping and stayed for 4 drinks due to both staff members.
To repeat - my experience was not a good one, contrary to the reply to my previous comments, I WAS told by the 2 employees working on that day - Thursday 25th May - that the card machines were not working and that they could only accept cash. When I asked for 2 glasses of champagne I WAS told that it was more economical to buy a carafe - I WAS NOT told that it was Prosecco. It was horrible, it was flat. I would not recommend this place
Reasonable prices and not too big a menu to choose from. As with anywhere that serves cocktails there can be a wait. Today we got free pizza bites. Seating is very flexible so you don't feel guilty sitting on your own. Been a few times and not had a bad experience. Worth a visit if you have a few minutes or time to kill.
Dissapointed. Quick pit stop before train. One pink, one normal fizz. Pink fizz completely flat, normal not much better. Returned pink one which was replaced, no better. Very dissapointing as this is a normally a regular stop on the way home.
