Their smiles are so infectious that all I want to do is smile back!! Wonderful customer service. I am looking to switch to vaping (vs cigarettes) and she listened to my issues with previous vapes being way too harsh and let me try several until I found a couple that I wanted to buy & try. They have a huge selection of products. And they also have a rewards program where you get one free after buying 10 (over time). So if I make the transition to vaping this will be my go-to spot for sure. Highly recommend!

I wish this Jacksonville smoke shop wasn't so far away. The owner and her daughter are not only the nicest shop owners I've ever met, but their inventory is always packed with the latest devices and products. I buy Hyde rechaegables here and for every 10 devices you get one free. Best vape shop in Jacksonville, but like I said, I just wish they were closer to the Northside to save me a drive every couple weeks. Highly recommended.

I have a hard time taking advice from someone who doesn't even vape or use their own products. The gal I dealt with was very friendly and honest. She didn't steer me wrong with picking a new juice flavor. Quite a bit of variety in nic sales and regular vape juice.

It's not bad. Small space looks bigger on the outside. She was very nice and had a slight communication issue. She gave me a menthol flavor liquid, which I hate. So maybe I will give another chance at a later date.
