The south Indian guy working here has got no manner or customer skills. Absolutely appauling. I suggest you spend your money elsewhere, where the workers have some respect and manners. I came to fill up with fuel and collect a HERMES PARCEL, guy at counter wanted proof of ID. I showed him my licence, he tried to grabs it off my hands. I told him you can view the ID whilst I'm holding it, there is no need for him to touch it. He kept insisting he needs to hold it and see to which doesn't make any logical sense. Then suddenly he decides Corona is important, so suddenly puts on his facemask and tells me to do that same, which I didn't mind BUT I told him, if his worried about Corona then why is he touching my ID card, he shouldn't be touching it. Then he starts to get attitude and asks me random questions about proving the parcel is for me, and then hands it to me like im a nobody. Disgusting attitude and behaviour!

For the attention of the boss - I always fill up and use the services of your garage with no issues apart from when this one member of your staff (see image) is working there. My visit this Sunday evening approx 9pm was very disappointing. I paid, then filled up fuel and then went to get a drink & hand in a Hermes Parcel. This member of staff refused to take it, it wasn't large or anything and would have easily fitted through the same hatch he gave my drink through. The fuel station was empty but this jobsworth insisted I need to come back tomorrow as the shop was closed even though I told him I have done so before & showed him that you advertise the Hermes service up until midnite on their website. It is just a matter of taking the parcel and scanning it, takes seconds but your man just wanted to be difficult about it! Not good at all.

Came here today to exchange a £5 note for bus fair. Last time I did this It ran smoothly. But today a different guy was at the till was so rude telling me he has to open till by cash and I replied ‘last time I came he opened the till’ and he replied with ‘do you not know anything’ in a aggressive manner. I hope the owner sorts out his staff team as they are very rude and no nothing about customer service.

Unhelpful. Won't be going here again to buy anything or return. Claimed that he couldn't scan and return parcel via hermes but in the past I have come here and they have returned it for me. Would not recommend or use this place again.

The store assistant is arrogant & useless...the hermes returns machine is not working half the time & when you cal to ask about it , no one bothers to pick up the cal!! & no courtesy!!! Hideous...

Wasn't buying fuel, just snacks, and you can't go inside. Mind you, this was around 4-5pm. Customer service is minimal due to the language barrier. It happens not gonna hold that against you

Very bad customer service as poor English language. Evri lost my parcel & twice tracked back dated. Customer Assistant got annoyed even it’s not his fault & thinks if he stole it.

A friendly place to fill the tank grab something on the go. The staff are quite friendly and being near the main road helps in ease of filling the vehicle.

They have good prices, and a working coffee machine which is always a bonus. Will visit again and tell others to take a look inside.

Petrol station with a small store and Costa coffee machine. Hermes parcel returns can be dropped off here too (ParcelShop).

The staff very unprofessional and agrresive. Also quality of petrol is rubish. Never use again this Petrol Station

Don't come here if you want to return a myhermes / Evri parcel, machine never works so waste of time.

My local petty, the shop isn't rip off prices like other petrol stations, mostly price marked goods.
