For over a decade i have been using Greenside pharmacy, mostly for prescribed and over the counter meds. This reveiw is well overdue so i would like to thank Bihlal , all dispensary and front shop staff for their professional yet friendly approach. I trust Bihlal's dispensary knowledge when it comes to my symptoms and appropriate treatment thereof. Since lockdown i noticed a display tabele with various items on it like masks, gloves,sanitisers, immune boosters and more, and i just love purchasing from that table. The pharmacy is run by a Gentleman named Bilaal. I have never met a retail pharmacist that was so knowledgable as well as professional. He provides an individual with time and expert advise. In todays world with chain pharmacies, its a breath of fresh air to walk into a private pharmacy that offers exceptional service.

Not at all competent on the phone. Internet sources say that they deliver within a 5km radius. Can't answer yes or no to this simple question. Followed by a no, despite the fact that I am inside a 5km radius. When people have sick children or are sick themselves this kind of incompetence is just not what they need.

Dr Halal is such a wonderful person I honestly have not met a pharmacist who is so attentive and understanding...I am always treated so well and even when I'm not doing so well he can tell and makes the transaction effortless...thank you for many years of empathy/understanding and professionalism.
