Some do say GSC should refurbish its theatres and I'm inclined to agree now that there is more competition. However this branch is more of a neighborhood mall type, and it's nice and cozy. The staff here is always so chill and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Other than the English blockbuster releases and local animation it's pegged for the Chinese market so more Chinese-language movies get rotation here. I understand they probably have the data to back this up, but I'd like to request more Malay/Indian releases (at least the big blockbuster ones). The menu here isn't so big but since I can mix sweet and salty popcorn these days I'm ok with it.

Sorry, My first time about to Watch in BIG Screen with kids on 30 June 2023 was a disappointed as we were waiting for movie to start then they say there is a projector issues and they would give refunds. So we wnet for the refund as we bought online tickets with snacks a total cost of RM180+ tickets alone is RM120+(+tax), but when they refund we only get RM119, let slone the snacks isnt refunded due to snacks even tho we only need snacks for the movies only. My Recommendation is olease hives full refund to all purchases as not all just happens to buy your popcorns for snacks, there is plenty other snacks out there in the mall way more value with money.

I'm really really upset with their service at F&B counter. My showtime was at 3.25pm , I'm at the queue around 3.25pm (usually the movie starts 10 min after the showtime)thought I can redempt my food within 10min but I only able to get into the hall at 4pm , by the time I'm in the movie has already started. The counters operating with only 3 staffs there with that much of people at the queue. E-redemption counter has no staff, so by no chance have to queue at the walk in lane. Ordered 1 x e-New Caramel Popcorn Regular,1 x e-Corn in Cup( need to wait again to collect that ) If there is anyway I can give -ve stars I would rate it that way.

As cinemas go, it's OK. Personally I don't like GSC because I don't like their online booking and ticketing system (the prices are misleading). We saw Mr Hurt here, which is a good film. Finding our way from where we parked to the cinema itself was not easy as it was late and the shopping centre was closed so we had to find our way around and through badly signed car parks to get to the cinema. I wouldn't bother going here again unless the film was exceptional and not showing at any other cinema

I have watched many movies in this cinema for the past 5 years or so. Usually, it was always good. Good and polite staffs as well. However, today's Hall 9: The Batman screening experience was quite bad. The curtains did not scroll up and down (movie ratio) when the movie started. And the sound speakers were bad. There were also delays in sound vs screen, e.g. character mouth moves, then only the dialogue came out. I hope GSC Paradigm improves it as this is one of my favorite cinemas.

Just wondering why the shut the toilet facilities, I think most patrons are well informed already on the spread of the covid so don't make.people walk far . Be considerate what would you do if an old person or disable.person comes then ?, what ... why the management are so close minded!, the ticketing machine are so not user friendly . Always has an problem.when comes to paying, why , I see most places mid valley , k.L.sentral , why .. I can go on and go ...

In the grand scheme of “GSC Cinemas”, the Paradigm Mall outlet probably gets an average rating only. It has all the basic things you need and nothing more. There’s no fancy screens, premium halls and food is only available outside, none after you passed the gates. The halls despite being clean between movies, don’t have the “freshest” smell but at least the toilets were maintained well! Hope to see the management add some life into this outlet.

It is really clean cinema. The toilet could use a more frequent cleaning especially at night time. Not so many movie-goers, so better option if you're seeking quieter place especially during this pandemic time. Update: deducted 2 points since they dont have dedicated redemption counter if you purchase food or bev online. No point selling things online if we still ends up queuing with those buying on the spot, right?

Great but there are few issues. For example, inside the hall late cleaning it or sometimes they are not cleaning it. The food counter staff talk a lot among them but the work is slow. Lastly is my personal comment which is in this GSC Paradigm mall KJ is less Tamil movie. Which is sad. If I want to watch a Tamil movie, I have to go to GSC that is far away or it only available in another state.

Notable tenants, Tesco and GSC are here. Clean and not very crowded. Easy parking. Good for quick meetings because of easy parking and many cafes here. Parking is bright and feels safe. All shops closes sharp at 10, sometimes earlier as some do not take any more customers as early as half an hour before ten. Tesco is open until 11pm. Very very convenient for office workers.

Pretty decent. Popcorn is meh thou. And ok dun order the sausage pls... For the almost the same price but triple the amount just go for their nugget will do. Generally movie here halls are clean, clean toilets and friendly staff. Show time wise for new movies there's still a pretty range of time slots. Not bad in general 4.5 / 5 cinema :)

GSC Paradigm mall F&B receptionist, the girl was very rude while serving customers. Showing face to the customers when we ordered for popcorn combo sets and stared at us rudely. We understand you may feel emotionally and physically tired during work. However, it is not professional to show your unhappiness to your customers.

After MCO 2.0, the seating arrangement can be paired up. Better for people coming with their partners. Can choose a single seat also if u came alone. The staff very friendly and helpful. However, before u are allowed to go into the hall, better go somewhere else as the sitting space is closed to maintain physical distancing.

One of my fav place to go for a movie plainly because it is close by to my place. Also, the car park access is very convenient whereby you can park at the upper ground level and reach the cinema floor. Super convenient if you're watching midnight movie and planning to leave right after. Concessions are friendly and nice too.

Gsc cinema services are always tip top. It is easy to purchase ticket online and there are always a promotion when purchasing popcorn combo too. While the place is nice and clean, you can have an amazing experience of cinema here. Most of limited movies like anime from Japan only appeared here. Gsc is the best!!

I kind of like this place. A lot of food to choose. They already renovated with foodcourt and restaurant. The atmosphere was nice ( if you going there in the a .m ) We, having - nasi goreng daging, nasi ayam, ayam penyet, gurami. We've tried japanese restaurant - sukiya, also nice. And also toast box.

Its my favorite mall for my family dinning, as well as for watching movies!! And today, 21/12/21 is such an auspicious day, as my son and I finally came back to watch the Spiderman movie here, after more than 2 years hiatus, due to the Covid pandemic...and we thoroughly enjoyed the movie!!

Still the best cinema in PJ in my opinion. Popcorn is crispy and good. Being able to park right outside the cinema on level 3 also is great so I don't have to go through the mall to get to the cinema. A little expensive sometime if the movie is new, but you pay for the quality.

The seats were comfortable and the staff members were so nice to us. During the pandemic, we have to buy and pay food via our mobile first before collecting it at the counter. The staff were so patient in explaining and helping us with the steps. Sound system is great too.

Missed movie places, workers are friendly , place is clean , air conditioned its just nice but a bit cold if u are a skinny person (not me). Everything must be bought online don't forget. P.s they don't check if both of u guys from same household or not so thats good !!!

Rude staffs. I think he’s the manager Malay guy fat tall one. Hall so noisy 50% of children talking. Got few people keep coughing and sneezing. And even have children kicking the back of my seats. Ruin my mood. Damn uncomfortable. Won’t come here to watch a movie again.

Went here on the 2nd day of opening since MCO. Started with rerun movie Cinema smells nice and looked clean, after 3pm show during the week day. Merayau a bit outside after the show, toilet all looks good, then on the way out, saw a bro doing sanitizing work around =)

Went for little mermaid movie stated 12pm show. End up the ads took 25mins to start at 12:25pm . Hello gsc 15min is max why 25mins while u stated 12pm movie we are like kena forced for the ads for tat 25mins btw the toilet is not clean and wet too …

The cinema is almost hiddened or located at a 3rd floor that if you miss a corner, you won't find it. Probably more signages would help. Nice cinema halls, with good mix of snacks & beverages to offer. Even the Costa Coffee dispenser is a nice touch too.

Everything is fine and ok, but if u wanna watch movies after shopping operation hours, u may need to think of ur car parking. The stupidest shopping mall block the escalators and not allowed people to use for going lower floors from the cinema.

Pretty much a standard GSC cinema. Experience wise, it is quite good, the sound system and screen quality. Not much crowd hence it is quite quiet. Good for those who wants to watch movie at a cinema with less crowd. Located at Paradigm Mall.

Just another regular cinema.. They don't play all the movies here.. So best to check online before visiting the cinema.. Also for those who want to access the cinema after 10pm.. Best you park at the top floor and not the basement.

You get what you pay for. Inexpensive, clean, friendly staff and great screens. Over the months I've gone here they've made improvements, so it's obvious that they are devoted to good customer experience. Highly recommended.

The place good. Movie was nice. The only thing is that they did not mention that to buy popcorn all must be online. They counter person was not so polite about that she said I can't do anything not my problem. Disappointed.

We have recently purchased the movie and food online and after we reached here this is what we faced . No SOP, No management, Nobody care to make it properly. Very long que for the food that I purchased online. Horrible.

This is my goto cinema. usually take the morning slot and park at the same level as the cinema. nice and polite staff..shown a old QR code but helpful enough to assist us until we found the correct code. well done guys

Comfortable and clean. The aircon was not too cold. Just nice. However it's can get lost in the mall after midnight show ends. Some exits are locked up with no security to guide. Very scary, confusing and frustrating.

Guys! Guys! Guys! the less crowded GSC around if you are in between PJ & Damansara, you can always choose Paradigm. Why? Because Tenang is Good! You can enjoy the movie quietly here compared to Midvalley or One Utama

Fairly alright cinema. but when they play the autism awareness add they play it at earsplitting volume if there was any autistic person there they would have an episode. Seriously damaging and insensitive decision.

Wanted to give it 4-star as the cineplex was generally clean and spacious but I noticed they allowed kids to watch a PG-13 movie. They need to tighten their security and compliance with rules and regulations.

It's the cinema operator in the Paradigm Mall, located on the top floor. Looks clean and well maintained. Quite a number of halls in there. Also can do some shopping in the mall, before or after the movie.

The halls and the customer service are great. The toilets were hit or miss, kadang ok tiptop kadang ada kotor like tissue kat lantai etc. But GSC Paradigm is one of my go to cos it's near my office area.

One of the nicer gsc theater, I was in hall 1, seats are pretty new and there's no "old" wet carpet smell in. I didn't use the toilet can comment much on that. Overall upkeep/maintenance was pretty good.

Nice place to spend time with family. Nice movie the Transformer, but was distracted by a Chinese guy who behaved like a monkey behind my seat, despite approach. First time to cinema I guess …

Toilet stink sky high. Why can't users treat the planet as their home? Even as there are announcements (2x) asking movie-goers to throw their own rubbish after movies, some still ignore.

One of my favorite cinemas. Well maintained and near perfect movie viewing experience so far. Easy to find parking just go to the upper level car park and you can straight go and see gsc.

Worse experience. We have to miss the start of the show because they do not have enough staff. Nobody is even checking if you have tickets. You can jist walk in without a ticket.

Love that they have toilets whilst you wait for your hall to open. And there is lots of space to wait. It is also convenient as you can drive and park your car at the same level

Kalau datang sini, tak payah beli makanan kat screen pun boleh beli dekat kaunter masa nak masuk tu. Skip je dekat makanan tu bayar tiket untuk seat je. Lagi murah pun.

Hall 9 screen quality is terrible, you could see the blue and red were not aligned, so you could see layers and it makes you dizzy. Would…. Never come back.

I like the quiet ambience here and not too overcrowded. Love it's simplicity. Also it's so close to my residence so obviously it's my favourite joint.

nice quality Theatre for a nice price. I was trembling with the sound within the theatre, and satisfied with the screen projector image quality.

regular cinema, been going there few years now. Wonderful staff, great service and clean cinema. Varied options of food at concession as well.

Even the third row from the screen is pleasant. Come early if you want to get drinks as the vending machine is broken and queue is long.

I like the wide open space and the fact that I can park right up to same level as the cinema. Good for midnight shows.
