Utterly disappointed about the customer service. Very rude and did not update me about any travel/country restrictions though I emailed & called them many times to check the details. Zero customer service & value for money. Checked several times with them on the seat booking and didn't reply. I didn't get a window seats in both the flights as I requested too. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Please book your air tickets online or go to another travel agent if this is your first time travelling/ travelling alone. You might be having good experiences with them, but for me it couldn't have been any worse.

I together with my wife planned a Maldives tour and chose Gabo for air tickets and hotel bookings and that's where I met Samanthika Sumuduni. She provided us with all the necessary information and got us many quotations of different hotels without hesitation helping us to make the best out of the money we spend. Always kept in touch with us and never lost the connection. It was a wonderful trip after all with great memories and just needed to put my word out in the open for the great service provided by Gabo! Kudos and waiting to plan my next travel with you.

Do not recommend at all. I did 5 visit visas with the highest quote yet we decided to proceed with the quotation for the visas and tickets as it is paid by my company. Second attempt I tried to apply a single visa without the air ticket. No chance at all. Refused to provide the service. If that is their policy, there are many other agents around. Last but not least even thogh it is a Sri Lankan company. No one is speaking Sinhala. Do not contact if you are trying only visas without air tickets.

Very poor customer service, arrogant and a don't care attitude from Enosh,After the cancellation of the return flight and no proper advice and guidance my mother had to go through so much stress.i checked with him so many times of the date change fare,the so called Enosh, senior executive did not know and did not even check and get back to me.Will not recommend to any one of my family and friends living here and abroad. Hopeless

I booked a flight to Melbourne from Sri Lanka via phone. It was not a direct flight and transit was Hong Kong. I told them so many times to book a window seats for both flights. but they booked only one window seat and didn't even tell me about that. Also they didn't book it till I call a day before the flight and ask about it. Good service because I did my booking over the phone but disappointed with the seat booking.

My ticketing was handled by an agent called Ms Sanchila and She provided me an excellent service. She was very efficient and gave me the best offer. She was very quick in her replys and she made sure that each & every point is very clear to me. I'm not at all happy and interested about the service of Gabo.. The staff are passing their responsibilities each other but it won't be happened never. I was waiting to get the travel itinerary for more than one month by hearing their plenty of excuses such as he/she is on leave and so many other excuses. Then I contacted another travel agent called "The travel Lab" and got the very good service from them.

Gabo's situated in the heart of Colombo . If we're to describe the service its splendid , second to none . The travel associates are well conversant with travel . Their service is good, and helpful to the customers with any of the inquires they need... Only issue is parking as they have a small parking lot and is not enough for the customers they have to park else where and walk most of the time.

Exceptional service, and they are maintaining the reputation. Well trained staff, they'll help you any travel requirements and issues professionally. Limited parking in the premises, but still you can easily find a lot roadside.

Compared other places gabo travels has not disappointed me. This one time they made an error from their side for the price of the ticket. Nevertheless they corrected it. Price is also cheap compared to other places

The very best place for your airline/hotel/tours service. The prices are a bit high yes, but its the service experience and the name here that counts.
