Very poor customer care. Due to flight delay my husband missed all connections and date of flight changed in the USA. Sonali demanded that I pay the money/fee for date change for my husband even though I was NOT the customer. Im due to fly end of July...and dreading it. No cusomer care...only intrrested in collecting money...wont anseer phone and queries. Do not use Mackinons Travels

I approached Mackinnons travels for getting schengen tourist visa and I glad about their service. Though we only obtained visa services and air tickets from them, Rukshi, the travel agent, also gave us important information which helped us finalize our Europe trip.Their fees were somewhat expensive but we are satisfied about the services provided.

The worst direct line recording I've ever heard. DON'T EVER CALL THEM ON THE DIRECT LINE! the recording goes on forever and nobody responds, non of the key-in numbers work! and I wonder how they call themselves 'BEST TRAVEL AGENT IN SRI LANKA!' LOL!

Super service provided by Mackinons travels. We were able to book our flight to Bangkok just a week ahead at a very competitive rate. Ms. Fensse assisted us throughout the booking and travel insurance. Highly recommend Mackinons travels.

Don’t know how they operate. Have to stay on the line for around 10 min for an agent to answer. When they say they’ll email/send packages they never do.
