Zero stars! R300 bucks for a screen cover that completely shattered 2 hours after application. Back the next day enduring the usual salesmen d-baggery "No refunds, no guarantees etc", replacement has air bubbles in the corners an hour after application. I'll never set foot in this BS store again. Gadget Time? More like Ratchet Time.

Service was excellent and there is a good range of cool stuff. Only downside is selling certain products that arent up to standard. Check the L on Mario's head. This brings the entire professionalism and trust in the store down and makes it a bit of a joke. Overall I like the store just dissapointed about the detail

I spend almost a thousand rand every time I visit. Sorry for you but I will not be visiting anymore. Your gel cover is a con, on the day the guy assured me it was better than glass, but it starts coming off after 3 months? Then when i go back to the store they THEN tell you there is no guarantee.

An item was bought for me which was not correct for my application. Refund to the card was rejected on returning the item. Subsequently found the same item in the same Mall one third of the price cheaper, and a Cape Town store was half the price. Refunds and markups a concern at this store.

This is one of my favorite shops in Cape Town. My friend got me an Akatsuki coat with a bunch of props and they all are good quality. He told me the staff was friendly and just when he entered they asked him if he wanted help with anything. Great staff great products and great quality.

Poor service, with poor quality products. I went to the store and politely talked to one of the the staff member and he started yelling at me for nothing. I really recommend staying away from the store and even if you have to pay for more at another store it would still be worth it.

Staff are rude and unfortunately incompetent. Products are not great and sometimes have misleading packaging (HDMI 1.4 labelled as 2.0). Great store if you're looking for novelty items and memorabilia, but don't expect friendly staff who can answer questions about their products.

I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Prices of cell phone covers and screen protectors are very good. On my last visit they removed the old screen protector for me and took great care to ensure that the new one was perfectly fitted.
