Even though we are 10+ months into a pandemic, Gallery Flowers allows individuals to place orders through their online system that they then claim are unable to deliver to hospitals. Their website has a scroll-down menu (see photo) where one starts by asserting that delivery is to a hospital. The system allows you to select hospital delivery and continue placing the order. They also have a list of hospitals to which they deliver, that includes the hospital to where I intended to have an arrangement delivered (see photos). In 10 months, Gallery Flowers has not bothered to change this setup of their website or publish an announcement regarding delivery to hospitals (I actually looked before placing order), but rather it takes your money and then contacts you to inform that they can't deliver but that you can go meet them in front of hospital or pick up the arrangement and figure it out, even though an extra payment for delivery was collected by them. With the time Gallery Flowers has had to update the information on their website but have chosen not do so, they are deliberately deceiving customers through the electronic mean of the Internet. Their practices are murky, deceiving and untrustworthy. Cleary stating that they will deliver to a long and specific list of hospitals when they have known for 10 months that they no longer do is negligent, untruthful and fraudulent. Absolutely unacceptable.

She really went above and beyond. I am VERY happy with how my wedding came out! She not only designed all of my flower arrangements, she did all things decor as well. I did not have to worry about a thing. No having to come early to set up, no having to stress with breakdown, nothing. I am so happy we went with Gallery Flowers, and I am actually sad this whole process is over. I will miss working with Daisy, and I wish I could replay the day over and over and over. Gallery Flowers is the best there is. Daisy and her team designed breathtaking flowers for my daughter's wedding in October. Thank you Addy for the beautiful arrangement! I live out of state and a dear friend's mom passed away so I wanted to send flowers. He did request that the flowers be all white. I found Gallery Flowers online and this was my first time ordering from them. I was a bit apprehensive ordering from a place I have never used but they are very responsive and accommodating. The arrangement is gorgeous and Addy made them exactly as I requested. She did send me a photo of the arrangement prior to the delivery to the funeral home, which I appreciated greatly. I am happy to find a florist that I can trust and their prices are very reasonable.

I am so glad I picked Gallery Flowers for my December Christmas-time wedding! Daisy was very patient and kind throughout the process. Even when there were some hiccups, she worked to right the wrongs! My flowers were beautiful, and the staff members were reliable on the wedding day. This is a great family-run shop in the Heights that will meet your wedding flowers needs! :) I had a small wedding nearby and Daisy and the fine people at Gallery Flowers set us up with BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements and bouquets and corsages for my ceremony. I only met with them once about 6 weeks prior, and received good communication via email. As they are a small business, calling them or meeting in person may be the best option of communication. Their hours may be limited due to the pandemic season, but be sure to call ahead. Support local!

The team at Gallery Flowers made the most beautiful bridal bouquet ever! I sent over a picture from Pinterest and they not only replicated it beautifully, but added touches which made it even better! It turned out perfect and my friend (the bride) was over the moon when she saw it! She did not want to part with it at any point during the ceremony or during the dinner afterwards! Bought a wedding bouquet here for a good friend who eloped. They accommodated a last minute order and were able to put together a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière with relatively little guidance. The credit card reader was down and they had no problem with me coming back a few days later with cash, but if you’re planning ahead, definitely bring it with you. It was super easy to place the order and pick it up.

I was really impressed with the standing spray arranged; the creative way they honored my request to incorporate our family colors spoke of meaningful representation of the thoughts, care, & love of our family to our family. Although order was placed over the phone, online photos were true to size and Gallery Flowers went above & beyond to meet the expectations. I trust to utilize their services in the future.

I was referred to this flower shop and they actually answered. Today everything is online. So this was a +, because I needed it in 2 hours-a corsage for a funeral. Evy?? I believe was the owner's name. She was down to earth, she was wonderful, she did a beautiful corsage and I was very impressed and I will go back. The price was reasonable as well!

I ordered the colorful spring bouquet for Mothers Day. My mother was not home for drop off, but Daisy went above and beyond to add water to the flower bouquet, and find a shady area to leave it so that the flowers would not wilt. The bouquet was much fuller in person and my mother loved it. I will be ordering from Gallery Flowers moving forward.

After going through the four closest florists on Maps to find them closed or out of business, Gallery had this perfect arrangement waiting it their cooler. My wife said I was the BEST flower arrangement I had brought her out 34 years. The store was busy but readily attentive. Their were other arrangements that tempted me but this was a winner.

Picked up flowers on Valentine's Day, not good quality. Some flowers visibly wilting. Bouquet was arranged in a strange flat way so it was difficult to put in a vase. Maybe the quality is better during non Valentine's Day, but my experience was not great, especially considering the price I paid.
