My son’s birthday is February 26 and I decided to buy him a game system since he is getting older ( I’m not to keen on games), but since he wanted it I was going to finally get him one. The weekend after his birthday I went online and requested to pick up the older Xbox one at the store. I even received my email confirmation stating it was ready for pick up. When I got off work I called the location to see if the system was available, I didn’t want to make a pointless trip even though I had received a email saying it was ready. The gentle man I spoke to confirmed the system I ordered was there. I drove all the way there which was 30 min away from my home, and attempted to pick out the 5 games for the 5 for $10 deal. Since I had no clue what I was doing I did inform the two gentle man I was trying to get the 5 for $10 deal and the manger acted as if he was assisting me. When the manager first rang me up I realized the purchase was way more then what I expected. Come to find out they had rung me up for the wrong system and claim they had to hunt for the one I had ordered. I traded in 2 old systems that my son never played and paid for the rest of my purchase out of pocket. By the time we left it was after closing and the two gentlemen seem agitated I was still there after closing but they were testing the older systems and I got there 45 minutes before they closed, I did apologize because I didn’t know how long the process takes. When we got home they called us to inform us the cord to the game was still at the store and I could pick it up tomorrow. No biggie, I told them I will be there the following day. After getting off the phone I realized he rang me up for each game individually and some of the games he couldn’t play on his system. The next day I went up there I purchased a wired controller and new games. The young lady (African American) kept pushing for us to purchase the membership , my fiancé and I told her no that’s ok we don’t be in Gamestop enough. The cashier said ok, rang us up then handed us a book and sent us on our way. We got in the car and notice that it was a additional $15 charge. My fiancé went back in to see what it was and she explains to him “oh it’s the discount thing I was explaining to you all and it pays for itself”. So he called me in because he was unsure if I had agreed and he just wasn’t sure. She reiterated everything to me, and when I told her we told her we didn’t want it and we want our money back. She then sent me $10.79 from her Apple account instead of her refunding me my money. So she snuck and signed me up thinking I wasn’t going to pay attention. I DONT KNOW IF EVERYBODY DO THIS AT THIS LOCATION, I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW I WAS OVER CHARGED 3 TIMES JUST PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPTS.

This is absolutely one of the worst, most inconsiderate Gamestops I have been to. To describe my first and LAST experience with them, I called the store 3 TIMES ahead of time to reserve a Nintendo 3DS XL. I informed them that I was en route to the store, and they assured me that the system would be there upon my arrival. Once I got there, they had the sheer audacity to tell me that the 3DS that I specifically taken all of the measures to place on hold had been sold mere moments before I arrived. The manager even had the nerve to have a nonchalant attitude about the situation, telling me "you snooze, you lose." I was shocked and appalled at this behavior and attitude about the situation, and have proceeded to make sure that corporate heard about this. If you would like someone to be more considerate in terms of how important your patronage is, please make haste to another Gamestop.

how do i put a half a star? mostly because this is one of the worst gamestops i ever been to as well whats really strange is if you pre-order something you need to show id to PRE-ORDER it well you also need to show it AGAIN to actually pick up your game which is just completely STUPID! why show it twice i couldnt have even ordered my game without having to show my id and it seems to be a common issue another man said the same thing where as other gamestops its a one time deal so i had to go all the way back to go and get my id time wasted! i dont have a problem with the commute but maybe if i was given a heads up of having to present my ID TWICE! wheres the update people? dont go here they need to hire new staff but a girl works here shes pretty cute thats all i really enjoy is checking her out i think shes the manager not sure lol

Much better than Wrecked Reckless Records when it comes to getting a Fair Price when selling your used games. Also, they let you Preview Upcoming new Games such as RoboCop! apparently while they're Still in the Development Phase! Only heard about it here Dear & I was Amazed! Plus you get gaming deals you can apply to your in store purchases, But the only thing Reckless has on them, Is that they offer u cash where you can Purchase & Dash, Which is where Game Stop Stops, & you have to make In Store Purchases

This was my favorite Game Stop until me and my girl went there and they told us that the PS5 pre-order was sold out, and you would think that after you signed the pre-order paper way back in February that guaranteed you a pre-order spot for the PS5 that they would have called you to inform you that the list was open before they sold-out. But they didn't, this is bad business now I have look around for a store that's has some in stock when it releases, if any store have any!

I've been going to this Gamestop for a long time and have had my fair share of bad employees, but not anymore. This is one of the nicest and friendliest Gamestops around, very helpful and usually has everything I'm looking for. Even the few times I've not found what I was trying to find, the employees were super helpful in trying to find either another store near me or trying to get it shipped to this store. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Really great place with super chill people working there. Asked them about a special edition PS4 and they told me everything I could possibly do to get it. Didn’t get it but was appreciative of the help. In terms of selection it was pretty standard as usual. Lots of merch and used games. Your opinions about GameStop as a business can be whatever, but the people at this one the last time I went to it and following have been pretty good.

7 months ago I had an awesome experience now these people wont even answer their phone now and don't want to waste my money to travel if they dont have what I want in stock I dont want to order online due to my stuff being taken cause they leave my packages outside instead of ringing the bell and leaving it inside ugh guess I'll try walmart at least they will answer their phone

This is our go to GameStop. Renee is the absolute best and our go to guy. I have never had a bad visit to this store. All the associates are always so helpful and the store is always in order. At any GameStop you may have to wait when other customers have issues, questions, or selling a system which is a process but this is no fault to the associate.

I really love this gamestop location there always good collectables to find and good games and some older games. The people are always very cool and nice. I had to exchange a gift but the manager had already closed but when I told him it was a gift and I needed help he opened the door and let me in to help me find something else as a gift!

Manager lied about a deal not going on despite being advertised on app and in store. He kept changing his lie and was very obvious about it too. He thought he could trick me into buying games without deal. When I told him I would not get them today he was incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Store itself is a typical GameStop. They all look alike to me. This one is clean, good variety, and staff is nice and knowledgeable. I love ordering online and being able to pick up in store. My only gripe is the parking. The lot is always congested and can be dangerous with traffic getting in and out.

Friendly, helpful staff who are passionate about sharing the love of console gaming. An impressive online collection of retro games. I recently purchased 3 PS2 games on the website, all 3 delivered within a week, all 3 in good playable condition. Thank you for great service, keep up the good work!!!

They tell ya anything to get you in the store me myself am sick of being told they have plenty just to get there 5 minutes later to find out they have nothing service sucks there busy flirting instead of taking care of customer's I'll be taking my money to a different store from now on maybe bestbuy

The manager (not sure if he still works there) by the name of rene is a cool guy. Very nice and helped me find all the games i wanted. Most game stops you stop by wont even do that. And if your black. You can forget it at some game stops. But this one is great!

Don't try to reserve any collectibles or pops, cuz youll get the damaged ones. :( and if inventory says available in store and it's a "rare" collectible, they'll reject you nearly instantaneously! I'll give it one more shot but it's kinda upsetting.

Ok as far as a game store goes, but I was really disappointed in how thier pre ordering went. I pre ordered a Deadpool pop for it to never show up and the store had to reorder it. Otherwise no issues, o just won't pre order anything anymore.

Definitely feel very well taken care of every time I come to this location Rene and his staff are very informed about up-to-date information concerning game systems even their new loot category is my main to go all my gaming needs

The people are friendly and helpful. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock, but they did everything they could to find it, recommended other stores that might have it, and set me up with the next best option.

Cool staff, they always greet customers whenever they come in. Never had any problems with the staff or the products. Plus its fun going there and watching all the little kids cry when they cannot buy mature games.

The cashier was very friendly, and went put of his way to provide the customers with the best service he can offer. The products were placed in a orderly fashion, helping me find my desired product quickly.

I work here and I honestly really enjoy it. The customers are some of the funniest ppl and my coworkers are awesome. I recommend shopping or working here. Ppl here actually care about you. That's rare.

Good place, usually find what I'm looking for quickly and staff is nice. Is it just me or does GameStop always have a weird smell? Maybe it's just the subway nearby! Super annoying.

Nice little shop. For being so small they usually have what you're looking for. And if they don't have it they try to get it for you.
