Gamestop opens at 11 I'm literally in front of gamestop and I'm waiting for 15mins and the worker finally gets here we think oh cool it's open and she took 1hour more mins to open up the gamestop and even when more customers came she failed

When I came in to trade a game I had no case the ugly fat women told me I had to buy a case which of course I didn't. never heard such a thing. I see why GameStop is going out of business there customer service skills Prides themself on

Been to a couple of stores some good some bad.. but let me tell you the people here do the most amazing job! They care for the consumer and are helpful in every way they can by far the best game Stop in the hole Chicago area!!

GameStop is always my go to spot for video game. With that said there are a lot of GameStops in the Chicago area, but I'd say this one provided me with the best service and is the most friendly by far.

Other staff was nice.. but one lady that’s there I’m assuming is manager has a attitude and likes to say smart comments. So I give Zero stars cause she should gtfo.

Closest store to my house and they pretty much always have nice employees. If they don't have a particular item in stock you can order online and pick it up.

The staff was friendly and the place seems to have different games so you can come and look for something new sometimes, great place.
