We were treated here very nicely. We were shopping for my little brother and had no idea what to get until an employee named Zach helped us find great video games and gifts that he ended up really enjoying and loved. Definetley recommend this store if you’re looking for gaming stuff.

My son went on a trip to this mall with his class and this was the main store that they wanted to shop in. All of the parents sent spending money for our children to enjoy themselves. The employee kicked all of the children out because they were under 18. How customer friendly…

Pushy salesman. We ended up buying more than we should have because he scared us that we HAD to get the warranty. They also sold us a package deal instead of just the unit we originally wanted. He led us to believe that was the only way it came and it wasn't.

Little compact for a gamestop but they got everything needed in a normal sized one. The multiple times I've been here always had good staff on hand. Easy stop right by food court so easy to go in get some food get your gaming stuff and get out.

Just called in about a price range for a ps5 for my five year old son and because I was unsure of the three different version they have I was told to just wait and come into the store to see the guy was real rude and for that I will not

came in on my break to buy a game and marvin approached me asking why my store hides funko pops and chases. I told him we don't and he continued on with how my managers at HT hide pops from him. so weird and rude.

I always love coming here, the staff is nice amd organized. They are super quick with my power up rewards account and telling me what's new and what's going on. I will forever be dedicated to my peeps in the mall

what i assume to be the manager had me leave so he could close the store. i then saw him shopping at hottopic for funko pops. kinda rude to kick people out just so you can go shopping

Very friendly staff. We visited after a major thunderstorm and the store had to go cash only. The staff held my items for me while I walked to the ATM to withdraw cash.

The girl literally closed the door in my face while I was asking a question. Didn’t want to shop just a quick question. Please pick another location if you can

This store was a bit disappointing. Staff were polite & knowledgeable, but very little merchandise. And yes I spelt out the whole word "Merchandise!"
