They wasted our time and money!!! Called Ganga plumbers to find a leak due to high water bill .We were told that they use gas etc to find the leak and what the hourly rate was. We agreed as we were paying an extra 3k on our water bill.they came out in November did a visual inspection of all toilets found a small leak on the toilet that would equate to 300LITRES a month .our water had increased by 30kl a month.No leak detection equipment was used to investigate ,only visual inspection, their findings wass that we use water excessively on the property. I submitted a summary of or usage for the year to prove that we don't. After 2 more months of excessive water bills we contacted Zipp plumbers who eventually found the Leak after using leak detection equipment as we begged ganga plumbers to do. And guess what.our water use us back to normal.

Had the experience of a burst pipe a week ago on a Friday. Initially it seemed like a burst geyser. Reported to my insurers who appointed a plumber on their panel. The plumber came out on Saturday and ascertained that we required to get in a leak detector. Contacted Ganga Plumbers CC who are leak detectors and plumbers. They were on site on Monday morning and the result of the leak detection was that a portion of a flight of stairs had to be removed to reach the pipe underground to rectify the leak. We were glad that our water supply was restored at 17.00h that day. Ganga Plumbers is a a truly professional and efficient team and gave no hesitation in recommending them for leak detection, plumbing and electrical work.

I live on the North Coast and have to beg for plumbers to come out to quote. I decided to call Ganga plumbers who are about 50km from where I reside. I called and spoke to Bianca and was shocked at the outstanding service I got from her. Bianca arranged for the team to install my dishwasher and followed up through out the process of the installation. I have never received such good service ever. The installation team was also very professional and did an excellent job. At least now I know who to call when I have any plumbing issues. Thank you Bianca and the Ganga Plumbers team. If I could give these plumbers no stars I would. Called Wendy about blocked drains. Said she would chat to her boss and give us a special rate. Calls back and says R1500 per hour ex vat. Guys come in and spend 20 minutes to unblock drain. Expecting to be charged for 20 minutes or even half an hour for work done. They refuse and charge me the full rate for 1 hour yet they took 20 minutes to unblock the drain. Worst service ever. .

We have used this company in the past and all I can say is the workmanship is pathetic , not only did we have to have the work redone by another company but they were also incredibly slow and useless. One small fix took hours to repair. All I can say is a waste of time and money!!! We used a different company and they fixed the issue within a few minutes. O RATING!

Absolutely useless company. Demands payment upfront for leak detection services and then does not pitch up for the appointment. I had to call them to find out why no one has come out yet. They then tell me that they can no longer assist. Do yourself a favour and don't use this company!

I called after hours and got a response the same time no delays and a solution was found .My basement was flooded now its sorted . and received a follow up call to check on the problem very satisfied and will use Ganga Plumbers again …

They have assisted a few times with clogged pipes. Jet spray is effective and staff are friendly, as well as offer advice to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
