My geyser was replaced by this company 0n 14 December 2022 with a firm commitment to issue a Certificate of Compliance and Invoice. The aforementioned required to complete my insurance claim and recover the funds from my insurers. I paid on completion of the work, more than a month later after numerous calls and messages I am just told that they are "busy with it" open ended responses despite promising to deliver the COC on completion. Not trustworthy, reliable or professional. In response to speed plumber reply to my review ; Due to the geyser not functioning I requested that they install it on the same day. After inspection by their installer they convinced me that it will only be possible to install it the next day. During the instalation i had no influence in the instalation process and inspected the Job afterwards only. Doynton the owner comitted to supply me with and invoice and COC, numerious subsequent comunications took place with his continious assurance that they are trying to get the certificate done at no stage whatsoever did he mention that they are unwilling to issue the certificate. After posting my reviews he treatened me with violence. I went to their listed address 3 Umhlanga Rocks Drive after this treat, their business is not situated at this address. I have Whatsupp screenshots of all our communications which i will attempt to post. So not only unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy but blatant liers and bullies.

The prompt service I received this morning, was nothing short of fantastic. I had to leave my home while the crew carried on working, and to my absolute surprise, not only did they do a great job! They installed my new toilet seat that was lying in the bathroom. Something I was dreading to do, yes I’m a women that needs you tube instructors to help me fit a seat....Well Done!!!! Had a burst pipe, they assured me they would arrive at 3:30pm, only arrived at 6pm and then said they don't have the necessary part to fix the broken pipe. Being plumbers, I assumed that they would have the necessary parts to replace a broken pipe. My water was left to run all night. They had assured me that they would come first thing in the morning but only arrived at 11am.

They came to upgrade the shower mixer, a simple enough job. After much struggle, they made a plan. But now the pipe fitting inside the shower wall leaks vigorously and that has caused water damage to the other side of the wall etc. I can't trust this workmanship and will not be calling on them to fix their own work because i cant trust their service.

The Speed Plumbers arrived within half and hour. They assessed where the leak was originating and after a quick trip to the store for relevant supplies were back and fixed the problem promptly. They were efficient, neat and tidy. This is the second time we have used Speed Plumbers and are happy with the workmanship.

Criminals, these guys. Don't part with good money to them because you will lose it. I asked them to redo my bathroom, and after paying R8 000 deposit, they never pitched up as promised and the owner now just swears at me every time I demand answers. I have requested a refund, but doubt I will ever see the money.

Repair my water piping leak by apply water resistance tape and glue. Charged rm60 but after negotiated price is rm30. Unfortunately the water leak come back again within few days but he not take responsible to fix it again due to busy on other project. Not responsible at all.
