Been going to this store for more years than I care to recall. Owners and staff are always friendly, obliging and courteous. You can count on great freshly cooked items and the salads are just so yummy. Never (I and truly stand behind my rating) have I had a problem with anything purchased from this shop or the staff.

Highly recommended best chicken in the south east. Delicious tasting chicken with so much flavour the breast was soft and not dry at all. Chips were an exceptionally perfect amount of chicken salt. Very well priced... Will definitely now be my regular chicken shop.

They don't take card. This is very inconveniet for every customer that does have cash, o had to go get money out of the nearest ATM which has a minimum withdawl of $20 which at the time i didn't have. I went back and then y suggested I withdawl from Coles. It shouldn't be that strenuous to purchase food. Though their customer service was good and the gentlemen serving me was polite and seemed like he was good at problem solving. I suggest they invest making purchases by card possible.

By far the best quality food from any charcoal chicken franchise I've experienced Chickens aren't dry, salads are as good of not better than home cooked & the chips and gravy are to die for OMG THEY DO GLUTEN FREE CHICKEN N CHIPS TOO Great service all round from the friendly & chatty staff, especially a particularly flamboyant young man ️‍ Will definitely return! p.s don't forget to ask for extra salt...

Great respected old school customer service that others should be scared of. Awesome chicken schnitzel long roll with a little tabouleh and cheese . A decent sizing and fills me up. Great clean presentation with the store too. If I'm ever in the area area, this will be my go to. Give them a go, won't be disappointed.

We always get great tasting chicken here! I must say the salads are quite bland though. There are much nicer side dishes available at other places for that price. I highly suggest updating the salads / side dishes at least a little to make them a bit more enticing. It would be really nice to have something healthy that tastes great to go along with that yummy chicken.

Friendly customer service. Freshly cooked charcoal chicken. A reasonable menu selection to choose from. Prices reasonable. Service was quick and courteous. Good salad selection to choose from also. Chicken was hot and cooked beautifully. Minimal seating, yet. It is mainly a takeaway shop. Ample parking and easy access from car park. Definitely worth a visit.

What a great Charcoal Chicken place. The best I've had in years. Tender chicken, Crunchy chips, tasty gravy and fresh salads. Give the beetroot salad a go!! It's by far my favourite. They wont share their dressing herbs with me so it has me coming back time and time again to try and work out what their secret it. Service is alway friendly

Lovely staff, good service. The only down fall for not giving 5 stars is the chicken is slightly over cooked, just barely (5 mins I'd say) but with high competition around, it makes a difference. They do however have the best salads and chips around hands down

great food. great customer service. No matter how busy they are you are welcomed with a hello and a smile. IT goes a long way. The food is great. chips are fresh and the chicken is great. if you call early they will provide on e with no stuffing and gluten free. always looking forward to chicken night

Food is generally good and well priced, but I think people saying it's the best in the area is down to it being the only chicken shop in the area. Younger staff are mostly great but owners are loud and obnoxious. 2020 now and still no EFTPOS which is pretty inconvenient.

The best charcoal chicken on the Peninsula hands down. Feeling hungry? Pop in and get yourself some amazing hot chips with the famous gravy ( they don't stinge either) or if Keto is more your style some chicken with some chicken, avocado salad goes down a treat.

Chicken roll very average. Hard crunchy roll (should be soft IMO for a chicken roll) and hardly any chicken in the roll. Chicken pieces were tender but flavourless as was the mayo and gravy. Disappointed after reading such good reviews. Wont be going back

I moved here inly a couple of months back and found this little gem. Food is awesome. Staff are fabulous. Only drawback is they pack the chips in and theres so many of them but so yummy i have to eat them all... which is not good for my weight. Lol.

Good value meals with a range to choose from, friendly staff. But on our particular visit the chips had too much salt and our chicken was a bit dry. They don't accept eftpos here but there is an ATM a couple of shops up.

Hands down, the best chicken I've ever had. Goes to show what decades of experience can produce. Well priced, clean modern shop, staff are attentive and friendly.

THE BEST CHIPS.... Chicken is great, meal packs have great variety and lots of different salads. I get in my car, drive, put up with traffic, find a parking spot just to buy THE BEST CHIPS and then drive home.

I've been here once before and food was delicious. However tonight we purchased 2 quarter chicken chips and salad. Chips were cold and dry.

Paid $20 for cold soggy chips, stuffed it up the first time and remade it to only find out that they had stuffed up again when I had got home. Very disappointed and only has cash not card
