Was unable to complete paying by phone and gave up after 15 minutes. Was excited I saw this car park as there was a queue for the hospital car park. And I would be late. Got a fine. Appealed to POPLA with itemised calls proof but appeal rejected. POPLA is also a private company and not government department. There were others at car park frustrated not being able to pay and left. Is it a scam to earn money?

Good place for short parking. Safe and convenient for hospital visit. You pay for 1st hour then rest you pay when you come back to collect the car if its more then an hour. Which makes me stress free and not being worried about timing of parking ticket.

Do not use this car park unless you want to pay £60 for trying to pay through their telephone line then asking you to confirm by pressing numeric key. Scam.

Having paid for parking, still got parking ticket sent proof of payment.still had to pay fine. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Wanted to charge for 2 minutes whilst buying ticket. Avoid at all costs they charge for anything.
