Bought some clothes there 12 days ago. Went back twice to exchange one of the blouses for another size but the store wasn't open either time. Went back today with my receipt and was told by the rude woman cashier that because I was 2 days over their 10day policy she couldn't help me. I tried to explain that I didn't want a refund only an exchange for a different size and that I had come twice before after 12pm and they weren't open. She then lied saying they NEVER open late, which I know is a lie because my mother and I stood in the front of that store a week earlier with other customers discussing the store hours and wondering why they weren't open. I never like leaving bad reviews but sadly this store has a problem with this woman who didn't want to be bothered with a simple exchange, who lies, and doesn't have an ounce of grace or kindness for her customers.

Jennifer the manager was extremely rude i shope there Frequently and love the clothes but well no longer go to that Location I had my client with me and she had an accident I went to talk to her and let her know what was going on I even offered to clean it myself and I apologize profusely and she just continued to complain and then even began to tell me off in front of my client with disabilities who then started to feel awful and started crying I understand that she was upset but management or any employee in general should not speak to people that way it just was a really awful experience and Hope she can get some compassion..

I went to have a shirt made. The wording was slanted really bad. They said it was the computers fault. That they are not shirt makers. They would not refund me . They no longer had the shirt color I originally picked. So I picked another color and had them remake it. It still is not straight. To top it off They had security standing behind us the whole time like we were criminals. I will never go back. Not only did it ruin my day but I was completely humiliated. ( over a shirt ) Do not say you make tshirts if you are not a " shirt maker ".

Worst store on Earth worst customer service every time I have been there they act like I'm a thief and going to steal.You can't try on anything so if it doesn't fit you try to bring it back and there's always always an excuse for why they can't return or refund. Tried returning a Christmas gift even just to exchange it and They said no with A lot of rudeness behind it I'm so sick of this. I will never ever shop there and I suggest nobody else ever goes there either They're not even worth the one star Had to put one though

1. Try On Room Has Been Close For Years Now. 2. A Lot Of Different Options And Variety Of Clothing But Beverly Any Space To Move Around. 3. The Envirmonent Is Good, But It Varies a Lot In The Staff, Sometimes They Are In a Very Good Mood And Are Very Helpful And Other Times They Do Not Try To Help At All Or Bother To Say a Word. The Store Is Definitely Better When The Owner Is There. Overall a Very Good Store If It Fits Your Style.

I went to this store Saturday to buy new clothes. A very kind worker suggested a very cute loony tunes button up and I loved it, this worker was very passionate about his job and was very helpful. He told me his name was jayden. The environment of the store was very welcoming and the music was exquisite I will be shopping here again Thank you jayden for the service.

Dressing rooms are apparently closed. They advise you to purchase clothing, but can exchange "some" items if they are not the right size. This place was my first stop and go to for clothing, while visiting. Such a disappointment but also an fyi before going to this store.

You can find clothes here that are cheap and differ than a lot of other stores, too bad they don’t wear shoes. They have great sales! I got a few things for like $2.00 each. Got my husband a pair of red South Pole shorts! He’s loves them. I like this place

My go to for 3x and 4x tees!! Since they tend to be hard to find elsewhere. The shirts last forever and they’re great quality. You can’t beat the prices. Friendly customer service. I even found some fake plugs to go with my fit. I love this place.

I don’t really like this store cause when i wanted to get something from the wall nobody was offering to help me ( I’m short ) so I had to try and manage by my own and they didn’t have any small seize t-shirt so if you do your really lucky,

Don’t shop here they don’t respect free Americans!!! We went there today. And they did not let us enter due to not having a mask.?? Funny thing is didn’t they get the memo if you’re vaccinated No mask!! The state is in turquoise. So instead

They had lots of different T shirt they didn't have small. There was no one around to ask to see some of the one's on wall. The casher had a long line. There was a man waiting for awhile just to look at cap behind corner. No customer

The Manager of this store falsely accused me of fighting with her a previous time in the store. She provided NO proof, slandered me and took video without my consent. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! BOYCOTT THIS STORE. CENTRAL AND ATR

Sales associates were excellent help and knew there product. Other than the rude Asian lady behind the counter it was a perfect experience. She may need to take a in depth course in customer relations and service. Lol

While I like the cloths they have that are the sizes I want.... They refuse to order the clothes in the colors and sizes we want it's annoying considering how much money we spend in their establishment.

The stuff there is always helpful and the prices are really good and the guy there name Christian gives out the best customer service the manager is very friendly as well best shopping experience ever

They pretty much go to 5X there but only in certain colors. Needed a yellow tall tee for a fenural but didn't carry extended sizes in all colors. 3 Stars only. But there good for any plain colors tho

Very good selection different varieties of clothing and accessories the cashier's very welcoming and helped me of what I needed. I recommend this store to all family and frienfs social media.

I got the wrong size of tee shirts and wasn't able to exchange them. Had the receipt too. So I bought them again in the larger size. The shirts weren't used or even tried on.

They have no room to move around, no sizes of pants over xl for men. Poor options for men. Staff looks like their sick of the woman owner bossing them around.

Good store all around, it'll be better if they had more big & tall clothing for men other than that great clothes for teens also and affordable prices
