She arranges floral for my home on a subscription basis- every other week she come by with new surprises for my home and these arrangements are outstanding. I had called the florist with a last minute request and although they were unable to help me Courtenay went out of her way to help locate a florist who could help. I had called other florist who simply said no and hung up but Courtenay sent me links and numbers of competitors to help me. She then kept working on her end without me knowing, found a driver who was able to make the delivery. When I shared one of leads was able to help she was just happy I was getting the flowers I needed. The kindness, the going above and beyond is hard to find. I always try to support local and find a florist in the area I need vs calling 1-800 …..- this is a perfect example why it’s so important to support local. What an absolutely amazing experience I had with this flower shop!! Courtenay was very responsive shortly after I messaged her about an arrangement. She was super thorough and detailed through out the entire process. What flowers she had available, which colors, prices, delivery details, and so much more! I called wanting an arrangement to make my friend’s first day on the job. in a new location and new city special. When ordering from a different state, it can be hard to explain what you are looking for but not with Courtenay. She asked the right questions and was excited with me to make this day special for my friend. She created a breathtaking arrangement with some extras that I could not have been more pleased with. She shared in my excitement and was committed to making this day memorable for my friend. She even sent pictures of the final product. Courtenay has gone above and beyond the call of a local business. I was in desperate need of lilacs for my 101-year-old grandmother who is in her last stages of hospice. I promised her I would bring her lilacs so she could smell them during her last days. Had the pleasure of working with Courtenay to have her create a “celebration of life “ arrangement for a dear friend of the family. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking. Im in the UK and looked around the local flower shops in Charlotte to send my cousin a bouquet for her birthday when I came across this gem of a shop.
