I sent her a picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and I swear when she delivered it on the day of my wedding it was spot on. It was beautiful, everything was just beautiful. The flowers on the arbor were perfect and my table flowers were exactly what I wanted. She nailed it 100%. I also love the way that she just handled it. With all that I had going on and 99% of my guests flying in from out of state I was fairly busy. She just showed up, and the next thing I knew everything was done. I would recommend for all of your brides out there to go with this company. I can’t stress enough how perfect she made my beautiful wedding at the Ballantyne hotel.

I recently purchased several arrangements for my wife and daughter from Kelilabee's. I have to say how impressed my wife was. Not only did the arrangements make her day but they made the entire next 10 days great. Both arrangements were still on our table and counter 10 days later and looked great. Given I've not purchased a lot of flowers I called Kelilabee Flower Company directly instead of trying to buy on-line. Worked with receptionist who helped me pick arrangements making sure to keep each unique and special for both my wife and daughter. I was most grateful for their help. Definitely a kind and patient group. I ended up with two very brightly arranged, unique, mixed flower arrangements delivered at no additional cost. I am really happy with this shop. I recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend this flower shop! I placed my initial order online and though the arrangement was beautiful, I noticed the recipient received the regular version of the arrangement rather than the upgraded arrangement that I had ordered. I emailed Meg from Kelilabee and she immediately called me taking responsibility for the mistake with a heartfelt apology and was determined to make it right. She sent out the correct arrangement and offered to credit my account. I was so impressed with her customer service, I declined receiving any credit but was thankful that she sent out another beautiful arrangement. The best florist! I had ordered flowers online from a different florist on 8/27 for my moms birthday on 8/31. On 8/31, the online florist sent me a message at 3:30pm stating they couldn’t do the delivery that day. I panicked as it was my moms 72nd birthday and she was depressed not being able to spend her birthday with family and friends because of quarantining. I called Kelliabee and they were so amazing. They were nice and helpful and understanding about doing a last minute, same day delivery. They worked with me on staying in budget and created a beautiful flower arrangement with a balloon. My mother was incredibly happy and she said it made her birthday special. Highly, highly recommend this florist!!!

Cannot tell you how fabulous Kelilabee really is... I wanted to send my friend a floral arrangement that said Happy Birthday, I’m think of you and I’m sorry for your loss all at the same time. I chose an arrangement from their website but after a short conversation with a lovely lady over the phone (I’m sorry I forgot her name but was so sweet & understanding...so Charlottean), the arrangement I chose was no longer available but she would create something that would convey all those sentiments...and they did!! It’s is stunning! Cannot say enough THANK YOUS for a fantastic job! Oh did I mention I live out of state??? Yeah, they’re a top notch florist with excellent, caring customer service!

I am so pleased with this florist. I am not from the area and so was very frantically trying to find a good vendor and called an hour before they closed to order a sympathy arrangement for a co-worker after many other florists were not taking deliveries for the same day (as it was almost closing time for many). I really needed this arrangement delivered today and they were able to do so. My flowers were delivered within an hour of me placing the order. Very happy with the high level of customer service and dedication they showed me. If I ever need an arrangement in the Charlotte area in the future (FOR ANY OCCASION) I will definitely be contacting this florist again, they are just amazing!

Unbelievably GORGEOUS!!!! The most beautifulI exquisite plant / flower I've ever bought!! I purchased Athena's Garden for my daughter's 31st birthday! Susan was extremely helpful and so very very nice!! Lilly was sooo sweet also!!! For a little extra I was able to add a few little special touches that their flower designers prepared and the result was mind-blowingly beautiful!!! I called in from Seattle to ask for this arrangement to be recreated. The phone conversation was very pleasant and professional. I emailed an image and she was able to patiently wait and open it while on the phone. They had almost all the flowers needed except for one or two and substituted it nicely. The end product on the right is beautiful. Sample photo left. Only one request I’d suggest... is to accommodate with an image when requested. I’ve ordered flowers to be delivered elsewhere and this service was provided. In today’s technological world this is an easy request to satisfy.

The absolutely nicest person on the phone taking my order! Was mindful about all the details. Even confirmed the delivery address was within their service range and stated when the bouquet would arrive—which it did on the same day and on time. Ordered floral arrangements for 2 clients at 11AM and got text messages with photos from them both saying "Thanks" before 4PM the same day! The arrangements were beautiful.
