Great workshop and they know what they are doing. I am writing this after 3 months of time . I bought a BMW car from a biggest garriage in harrow and was experiencing many issues . I have given my car for full diagnose and they diagnosed and send the quote to car seller. Car seller said they will look the issues but they just changed the front two tiers. They told me that they did the alignment but my car issues were not resolved. I am really frustrated with this and after repeated call with them, they said it is because road camber and nothing related with car wheel alignment. I saw in online a free wheel alignment check in one of the famous wheel alignment shop and went to there . They checked the car and given me a report that car wheel alignment is completely out of order. Imagine guys initially the gigantic car seller was saying it is fault of road and claiming that they already did the wheel alignment. Now I got a proof that they didn't done the wheel alignment , based on that proof I have spoken to them and spoke to citizen advice ,they said they will give money for wheel alignment. I was not happy with that as I am not sure that just doing the wheel alignment won't help this matter. Here I forced to get a second opinion from another garriage other than german motors , I have given the car to another garriage and they also came up with same quote as German motors mentioned. Car seller authorized the work and now issues are resolved. I just want to let you all know that in my experience we can trust German motors and they are really specialised in BMW. Another suggestion is if you bought a car and found a small issue such as wheel alignment. Pls don't neglect that and please do full diagnose with a specialist like German motors , obviously you need to drive minimum 15 days to understand all the issues and convey that to the mechanic,that will help them to do diagnose properly. Another best suggestion is reject the with in 30 days if you found a fault worth more than 250£, don't try to repair that . just to make your life easier as you have bought a car not for spending your precious days and time in workshop. For taking right decision you need a mechanic, there are only few good mechanic like German motors. Thanks Guys.

Brought my car with idling issue to get it checked by German motor cars after seeing various good reviews on Google. When asked about pricing owner suggested that it is very variable given the broad range of things that could cause the issue which is fair enough. They were busy on the day I dropped off car and I needed car as soon as possible so I insisted they run the diagnostic and subsequent smoke test asap. They did this on third day and found fault in PCV valve and replaced this. I had to regularly call myself and wasnt kept updated by themselves throughout the process. Besides from initial diagnostic which they said they would remove if I started repair and smoke test at 100 plus vat no other pricing was agreed. I picked up car and they had solved the issue and car was running very well and they definitely knowlegable in their field. Spoke to one owner on phone who quoted around 440 plus vat and included initial diagnostic. Having done my research I told them this is excessive and got into argument and had phone shut on me. In total the bill was 400 for diagnostic, smoke test and pcv replacement after some negotiation. Charged me 3 hour labour and I have my reservations about whether they actually did 3 hours although they said they did multiple 'test drives'. You can make your own judgement about whether thats reasonable. My advice would be to fix pricing as early as possible and expect an expensive sum. They did however fix my problem and car is running smoothly, for which I cant fault. Just felt taken advantage of in terms of pricing.

Things started well with good promises but it took them a month to fix the car when it usually takes a single day when booked in advance in most garages. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Car got a ticket when a garage employee parked it on prohibited lines outside the garage after it was originally left in the garage. Foreman was all over the place with explanations and at some point threat of legal action after I gave them a 1 in my review.Finally had to appeal the PCN and resolved after six months. No contact from the garage. With a new problem from the garage, a squeaky steering wheel, took the car to Halfords and every problem was resolved except the squeaky steering wheel because of the second hand parts used. Having initially given a rating of 1, upgraded it to 3 I now think it's worth a 2 due to the time it has taken for the car PCN to be resolved, cost of postage, time not refunded and general lack of good customer skills experienced especially without a formal apology for all the inconvenience caused.

Credit where credit is due, I have used these guys a few times now and I feel like they deserve a review, I know I pay attention to google reviews and I also know there are some rubbish garages out there. All garages will have a crack at fixing your car, but 30-40% I don't think are experts at what they do. Whenever I have a big job that needs doing or I have a really expensive car that need major work, I travel 30miles to get my car over to these guys. You know when you get the car back it's spot on and I'm yet to find a job they can't cover. I would say the biggest strength this company have is there knowledge and experience, there very quick in finding the problems, not sure if it's years of Experance or just education/training, I know one of the guys in there was a master tech for Volkswagon a number of years, there smart switched on cats, and I'm the first to pick holes in things. Airbag sign was illuminated in 640d gave these guys my car to repair. Was the worst mistake I have ever made, abit drastic however it really was such a bad decision to go to these guys. Vin is absolute useless at his job ,he's the owner. So the first time the car went in they changed the fr module and he's restraint which came up to £1700 however the car was not repaired so whne the light came back on he I gave them the car back to change the wiring. Vin called after keeping the car for two weeks to tell me that the wiring the replaced was incorrect and the driver side heated seat is not working, so he said he will ordering in the correct wiring and replace. I took the car back till the parts upon arrival they had damaged the paint work on the car and interior, honestly I felt like crying spoke to vin and he assured me everything will be repaired and haven't heard from him since. Seriously stay away from this workshop will ruin your car .

I had received bought a Range Rover and it was faulty :( I was seriously upset and almost gave up on the car entirely. Vee and his boys bought my car back to life ! They were so reliable, pleasant and I experienced the best service. They were sending me regular updates and constantly reassuring me that they had it all under control. They were very understanding about my finances and we’re extremely helpful and understanding. They presented my with many options, contacting RAC and other experts to help deliver the best result. Can not say enough about these guys,bringing my BMW 320i Msport to vee & his brother was the best thing I could have done. I had only bought the car & it broke down almost immediately...the engine was in a total mess usual common faults & others Injectors, timing chain, nox sensor.....car kept faulting after everything was fixed Vee & his brother & team kept at it through the lockdown even & finally resolved the problem through shear ignorance & not giving up. This place is a hidden gem. I had a major oil leak on my BMW 7 Series which needed immediate attention. Vee, Vinay and the rest of the team managed to take care of the leak and carry out some major engine repairs in the process to help prolong the life of the vehicle. Vee in particular has been an absolute star and on multiple occasions has not only corrected any issues that have come up, but also gone over and above to ensure that the car is working as it should. Took my Mercedes C250 CDI estate in after Halfords Autocentre failed miserably at diagnosing the ABS and ESP error I was getting on the dash. German Motor Mechanics agreed to look at my car the very next day and they immediately identified the problem, repaired and the car was back with me within 24hrs. Not only a quick turnaround but they dealt with the company which my car had a warranty through so I didn't have to and even let me take the car before they'd received the funds from the warranty company. They also replaced a broken parking sensor free of charge for me. I highly recommend taking your car here. I'll not hesitate to use them again.

I Called up to have my Bmw 5 series checked out as it was overheating I previously had the waterpump and thermostat fitted by another garage to find out that the thermostat was faulty. So I called up and spoke to Vee he was very friendly and reassuring on the phone he said to bring it down and kept it for few days And found quite a few things that was wrong with it and sent me a video which was good.. so I decided to go ahead and he had the car ready in a few days, the car is running smooth again.. Very professional full service of a BMW 3 series, very happy with the service well informed about their trade, thank you.:) 30/01/20 BMW 3 series oil leak from gaskets, After the car was degionse it was identified that the oil filter housings gasket was leaking and slightly from the sump pump gasket, had both gasket replaced they advise me they do not use after market parts only genuine BMW parts the oil housing gasket and labour was £245 and the sump pump gasket plus labour was £195, Total of £440 comes with 1 year guarantee on the work. Drop it of on Monday got it back on Thursday good overall all thanks.

Top quality service from the team! I ended up using the Garage after reading through these reviews and I am glad I made this decision. I had issues with the car's engine light and the team kept me informed on their progress for diagnosing this fault by sending me videos of their work. Since completing the work, the car is running fine like before and I also took it back a few weeks later to get the full service completed as well. The team are professional and took time to answer all my questions and queries. Excellent Customer Service from all and I will continue to use them in the future.

Much like many other reviews they had my car for an incredibly long time, so long that eventually I just took it from them and sent it to a family friend who found that they’d wired things back incorrectly and put something in upside down. It feels a shame because they are very friendly for the most part but when they say “bmw specialist” and it takes them weeks to “find” the issue then almost another month to resolve it when it’s ultimately a small problem (fam friend fixed it within a week) I feel I have to post my honest experience.

I went in with a warning light on. Paid £310 and drove out with the same warning light back on. STAY AWAY. they say they are Jaguar specialist but far from it. I asked for a refund and they would not issue it. They Asked me to come back and pay more for a further repair. I would Never trust them to go back. I went to an actual Jaguar specialist who diagnosed the fault and repaired it within minutes. Definitely reporting them to the FCA they should not be scamming people like this. Especially in these tough times.

I took my 2009 BMW X5 to Vee at German Motor Mechanics with a common suspension issue. The problem was quickly identified via their intial diagnostics service and the car was booked in for repairs. The service was impeccable from communication with Vee himself, through to the speed of the service; it was done within 24 hours! You get what you pay for, I definitely recommend German Motor Mechanics and will be a returning customer in the near future!

Avoid them at any cost!!!my local tyre shop advised me to bring my car to them for full diagnostic. they have done the diagnostic so called professionals!. they advised me to change my automatic transmission on my BMW1 series which has cost me 800. they changed my transmission+ oil and labor. my car is still the same and even worse then before. now there advising me to change some other part. they are the biggest joke. avoid them at any cost!!!

I was recommended to German Motors by my neighbour who was really pleased with the work that was done on his Range Rover.I’m absolutely delighted with the service provided from start to finish they were nothing but professional, keeping me constant updated, sending me videos and pictures during the repairs. The mechanics were professional, prompt and always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. On picking up the vehicle, I was shown the fault on the old part and where it was replaced. German Motor Mechanics go above and beyond and provide an excellent service I would recommend.

Beware! Quoted £1914.40 including VAT for a minor coolant leak. They said the radiator and water pump needed replacing, No pressure test was performed. Plus programming charges of £195?? Ripped me off with a diagnostic charge of £85+VAT. I had the car checked at BMW who said the expansion tank had a leak. Cost fro BMW main dealer was less than half of the price than the quote from GMM. Lesson learned

Absolutely amazing service. I took my Mercedes CLA in 4 times, immediately they were able to diagnose it. Very experienced, very friendly and the prices are fair. Had front suspension arms, rear shocks, bushes, clutch and flywheel replaced here on my e46 330i. They did an excellent job - providing regular updates, photos and videos. Robbing people… quoted 1k for service on my bmw and changing front and back break pads . I had to buy the break pads myself . As I had to wait for back break pads they said to me just come back another day we will for them for you . What happened ? Charged me extra for this . Where this was already included in the 1k.
