I have been a customer with this agency for the past 6 years. While the service initially started off great, I am now very dissatisfied with the level of service that I have been receiving. I have had issues with my enquiries not being progressed and have not received any feedback or follow-up. I feel that the fee being charged with higher than market for this service is not justified and I am disappointed with the lack of quality customer service being provided. Avoid this agency. Both being Owner and Tenant. I have had a number of issue to deal with agency in last few years and has increased significantly in recent time. The property managers deliberately "do not understand" you problem because of their mismanagement. They try to blame tenant for a situation that they are totally responsible. I tried talking to Owner but he\she is never in to the office. (Been 3+ years trying to talk). Avoid this agency!
