Update: Response to Gloria's numerous excuses... I gave the full legal name of the deceased within hours. I also SEVERAL times pointed out that there would be no service. Gloria's refused to listen to what I had to say and I was the person ordering the flowers. They simply did not want to do the order on the same day although they charged for same day delivery. This is an extremely unprofessional and lack all compassion. Learn from our pain and go somewhere else to start with. Ordered funeral flowers and paid for same day delivery as they advertise. Glorias called to say they need full legal name of the deceased. I called and emailed back full legal name within an hour. They called to say they funeral home said no service today so they wouldn’t deliver them today. I asked for next day. I then emailed full legan name again, wrote exactly, “No service. Need flowers to funeral home by noon.” No response. I then called at 10:30 am to ensure the flowers would get there in time to go with deceased to graveside. They had not read the email nor started making the arrangement. Furthermore; told me she had called the funeral home and there would be no service today and they would take them when they knew exactly when the service was. Again, THERE IS NO SERVICE. I lost my patience at their incredible lack of professionalism, lack of compassion for the deceased or relatives and utter ignorance in handling the situation. I canceled the order and ordered elsewhere.

Customer service and empathy are deficient in this establishment. However, irresponsibility and disrespect are excessive. Miscommunication on their part added more complications to our families grief and dealing with our loss. A natural response for making a mistake should be offer an apology and be courteous to the customer for the added stress you created. Don't make excuses and redirect your mistakes back to the clients. Taking responsibility and adapting better customer care and service should be a priority for this flower shop. F/U: 3-16-2022 You did speak to my wife several times and that's why I felt compelled to write the review. Our son's service was March 4th and we did place an order for a sympathy arrangement. And many of our family members placed orders as well. You charged the wrong credit card without prior approval. That issue could have easily been resolved, but your establishment chose to take the easy route and make excuses. After my wife called, you made more excuses and you were extremely rude and unprofessional to a grieving mother. I don't think much more details are necessary. I hope you take this to heart and reevaluate how you do business.

I order some flowers to be delivered to my wife's job on a Friday. I requested early am delivery. About 1 pm that day, I called the flower shop, only to be told that the delivery driver had broken the vase before arriving at the delivery site. He had to return to the flower shop to make the arragement again Well about 1 hour later, this is about 2 pm, I get a call from my wife to say thanks for the flowers , but the "I love you ballon was not properly inflated, I guess this is from the time that it took for the driver to return to delivery site. When customers send flowers to a love one there is a special meaning behind it. The one thing you dont want to hear from the florist is just, " we're sorry". I simple way to fix the accident is to make the delivery better to make up for the delay. For example: add some more flowers to the arrangement, add some chocolates to sweeten the delay. Or get creative to make up for the delay. I have used Gloria's flower shop in the past and they have been excellent. Today not so good. Thanks and good luck.

Very unsatisfied customer. My 2nd time trying this florist’s in the past 4 months. First time everything I ordered was not included in the delivery. Today, Feb 14, 2022 the item was delivered with deflated balloons and dry roses. Note: Order placed 01/22/2022 for reasonable delivery today. Item delivered after 6:00pm. I wasn’t looking for a low rate florist but apparently that’s what I keep getting. Never again 02/19/22 It was 5:45 pm when I called your business because the delivery had not been made. You even threatened to not make the delivery if I wrote a bad review. Of course I agreed to your request. It was too late to find another florist.

They don't actually deliver what you order. Its bad when your boyfriend, who ordered you the flowers looks at the arrangement and tells you 'thats not what I ordered' ... not cool Gloria's. Not cool. He picked out a specific arrangement I would have liked, paid you for it, and then you delivered something different. Not cool. This isn't the first disappointing bouquet you have delivered to me either. The birthday flowers he got me a few months ago were garbage 2 days later. Smh.

Decided to support local business instead of the chain florist websites I usually use. I'm so glad I did. Mom sent me a text photo of the bouquet and said they were the freshest flowers she's ever gotten. I picked a "designer's choice " arrangement, which was a mix of different colorful flowers chosen by the florist. Thank you Gloria's Flowers, you made me and my mom very happy!

Super nice people flowers were very fresh physical barriers in place everywhere hand sanitizing station right at the front door the people that was working there very helpful in helping me make my decision on the top of flowers I wanted I would suggest anybody that needed some flowers in the area to go to this flower shop you'll be glad you did I guarantee it

I called this morning to place an order for my mothers birthday and needed her bouquet delivered before noon. My mother received her roses an hour later. She loved them! Overall I am very pleased with the customer service I received and the speedy delivery. Thank you for helping me make my mother's day special.

I’ve order from Gloria’s on 3 different occasions and each time the floral arrangements have been beautiful, the flowers have been fresh and delivered on time! When ordering online from a picture, you sometimes don’t know what you’re going to get, but Gloria’s has never disappointed.

Stopped by for a floral arrangement at the last minute for a Rosary . They helped me out and didn't mind that it was 5 minutes to closing time . Very friendly staff and caring . I recommend them for all of your floral arrangements .

Great service! I am in San Antonio, my friend who had surgery is in Dallas. After realizing I had some misinformation(location)...the driver went above and beyond to make sure she received the flowers i sent her.

I contracted with them to send a pot plant to the home of a friend who had recently lost his mother however NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE. I would very much recommend you take your business somewhere else.
