Terrible service. Doctor didn't even turn up. The other doctors wouldn't do the tests we needed. The reception put us with a doctor that doesn't do the test even though they knew that. They were too busy having conversations with each other that they couldn't help sort the issue or rebook. Left without having done the test and without a new booking. Also took hours and now it has affected work. If we knew this was going to happen we would've just cancelled and saved everyone's time...

Scrolling through the internet trying to find a doctor as I was very unwell I came across green point which had an appointment for the next day so I proceeded to book this appointment online and all was fine up until an hour the next day before my appointment I get a call to say sorry we do not take new patients your appointment is canceled. An absolute inconvenience as now I am unable to get in to see a doctor until next week. UPDATE your online system to match your rules

I was fishing near Bowen bridge and got treble hook into my thumb. Found this clinic nearby in Google, trying to get unhooked ASAP. I walked in and thought may take hours waiting, but they arrange me a very nice doctor to take hook out and inject tetanus. Megan, a nurse, was chatting with me for distraction while the doctor is working on that hook. They have shown an exceptional customer service. Being served in this clinic, you will be hassle free. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely pathetic service! Dr Freckleton- One of the RUDEST doctors I have ever experienced. Tells you he can’t provide a medical certificate for a current illness as he does not know your medical history, (too lazy to look on his computer) Charges whatever he likes for appointments, guess it depends on what sort of day he is having and what kind of mood he is in. walked out from my appointment without the needed medical certificate and a $115 fee.

Could be dead by the time you get an appointment . Called this morning after the ambo guys said need to go see gp as hospital already has alot of intake, call them explained the situation yep middle of September for a booking apparently that's the best they can do. …

I've been going here (when needed) for the past few yrs, and have always found the staff to be Helpful & Friendly. It helps to be Patient & Respectful, especially when they're busy, or when having trouble reaching the ctr by phone! Thanks for the Excellent Service

Excellent Dr I have finally found..Very accomodating when needing an urgent appointment.Very good with call backs.Best drs in HOBART.DR SUZY BADEOUF SAVED MY LIFE. A TRUE ANGEL. NOT JUST A DR A FRIEND WITH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL. SO SAD TO SEE HER GO.

I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone and now it crossed over to closing time I'm pretty sure the time they close states 5 o clock not 4:40 not happy

What kind of a medical practice refuses to see a child with fever,cough and wheezing? Absolutely horrible! If you are out of area stay away from these guys. Disgusting!

My wife had a not very nice experience with reception staff trying to get them to transfer records and test results to my new doctor was impossible.

They never answer their phone within a reasonable time and you can’t book an appointment online like it says on the phone
