I came to this laundrette this morning for the first time. The staff member there approached me and I told him iv not come here before, but I want to dry. He then pointed to a sign and rudely said read the signs. I would have read the signs if he gave me the opportunity to. Do not approach customers to help them if you can’t simply explain that you cannot only dry. I then told him iv washed already, he said “ohhh electricity bills I have to pay” very hard to make out what his rumbling but just came across rude. I went to another laundrette and was HAPPY to pay £7 to dry because they weren’t rude about it. Horrible attitude and no understanding of what customer service is. You can be nice to people and explain things rather than point to signs. Not coming back - went 5 minutes up the road - all go to the one in Dalston

Tried to go here this morning to dry a small load of washing for half an hour. When I asked for change the owner kept on pointing to various signs, which didn’t really shed any light on what he was trying to explain. It seemed like he wanted the whole £5 from note, simply to dry my washing. Saying there was only a single price. Couldn’t make any sense of it, but didn’t want to be swindled for the sake of convenience. The other Laundertte five minutes up the road worked out in an everyday normal manner.

We were visiting London and stayed near the area for a few days. The dryer in our AirBnb wasn’t working (how annoying!) and we needed to clean and pack our clothes for a flight. We popped into Greenwood Launderette and were able do our laundry quickly and cheaply! There was a man there (possibly the owner or manager?) who helped us with what we needed and got us change. I would definitely recommend them and will go there again if we’re back in the area and need to clean clothes.

Very clean, helpful advise and well managed. My trip to local Laundrette after 30 Years was a superb amazing experience. Assistant given was out of this world. Two king size duvet washed in one machine at the same time for £11.00, 60p spin, all finished in 45mins, awesome. I will never throw another duvet away. It will be washed more regularly at Greenwood Laundrette. Thanks to the owner.

I use this laundrette every week and it is a fantastic service. The owner/manager is a super guy and very friendly. I use the service wash function and it is always top-notch in terms of time, neatness and quality of the wash. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very welcoming establishment. The washing machines appear well maintained and the wash cycle/dry cycles in the machines I used were efficient. The owner is very accommodating and I really enjoyed the ambience. Highly recommended

Sign clearly says closes at 17:30 but the door was locked before 5, after knocking the guy mumbled something to say they are closed. They also won't let you use the dryer machine unless you use their wash service.

They don’t let you just dry. You have to pay for a full wash even if you just want to dry. Ridiculous
