Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Mixed up our washing with another customer and was so rude, obnoxious and condescending towards us, verging on threatening. He did eventually (2 days) agree it was an error and returned our items. Will NEVER use them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

THEY LOST MY CLOTHES!!! sent stuff in for a service wash, went to collect it with the ticket, got given someone elses clothes in my bag and when i asked for my stuff they DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT WAS. AWFUL! Literally the last thing I need when using this place because my washing machine was broken

Cannot give a 0, this place is an absolute waste of time, it uses only 20 p coins and you can put max 1pound/10 minutes so you cannot leave them and come back. It says it's open till 7 but actually from 6 you are told that you cannot put more money than you have to leave by 6:30

You cannot use the machine by yourself the man working there is extremely bossy and stays in your back until you put your clothes in we do not feel free to use the washing machine. I was judge by my background because I defended myself because I felt pressured by him.

Terrible they destroyed my pregnancy pillow: I left my pregnancy pillow in there capable hands to clean when I came to collect it it was destroyed and they blamed it on the machine, and would not even Reimburse Me the cost of wash. Owner didn’t not even care.

First time using a laundrette. Very helpful and friendly staff. An 8kg wash is £3.60, 12kg is £6. Tumble dryer costs 20p for 12mins. Make sure to bring £1 and 20p coins. Overall quick, easy to use, clean and the friendliness of the lady today was great.

Dropped off three large bags of washing due to our washing machine breaking down and husband being taken to hospital. I had no time to sort it out. Dropped the washing off to them at 10am and collected it all washed and dried

They lost my whole bag of bedsheets towels & duvet. When we asked them - they were rude and shouting on us. They said u minutes have taken it without a receipt as many coustmers come n say they have lost it.

Having used this launderette for many years I can commend the new dryers. If anyone knows someone who can fix launderette washing machines I'm sure they would like to hear from you.

Very rude lady On New Year’s Eve I called her to make sure what time she close she told me 6 I walked around 15 min to tumble dry my cloths around 4.10pm she said I’m closing

Dryer is not heating quickly Normally dryer dry my clothes 1pound 15mins but here 4£spent still not dryed They are cheating!!!! Don’t go and waste your money!

Due to my washing machine breaking I used this launderette. Friendly staff, very clean. I would definitely use again and have recommended it to friends.

The washing machine malfunctioned and stopped half way but they refused to give me a refund. I had to pay for another wash. Thieves!!! Stay away.

Not good. Got home to find that I had someone else's duvet. Went back and they told my my duvet wasn't there.

Nice place, helpful, friendly and funny member of staff called Sarah on duty when; when I was there.
