Absolutely ridiculous. Went to the casino with family last night and after 30 minutes, they refused to serve us drinks. My partner dropped her bag because it slipped off her shoulder and they assumed we was just too drunk when in reality, we had 2 drinks. The managers were ridiculous and wouldn't give a reason as to why they would not serve us then left the conversation and ignored us when trying to explain that we just wanted to have a good time. Pathetic and unprofessional, especially the management. Will definitely not going here again. All staff were unwelcoming and we felt alienated the whole night. Would not recommend going to this casino unless you want to feel belittled and made to feel embarrassed.

I am not interested in either the gaming tables or the slot machines, and only ever go to the casino for the restaurant, as the food is always nice and the service very good. With a couple of friends, we have been going to the restaurant quite regularly for a few years now, mainly in winter when we go more often to the nearby cinema. The restaurant is not often busy, but even on the occasions when it was quite full, the service has always been prompt and good and the staff friendly. Drinks and food order taken quickly, nice and tasty food and good value for money. The menu is varied, with a selection of tapas, burgers, pies and main courses, and a few desserts.

Considering I live pretty close to this casino I have only been a couple of times. It is like any other grosvenor casino inside - very modern which I like. The selection of table games and slots isn't massive but they do have enough to cover all of your gambling needs... Blackjack (3 different versions) , roulette, poker room, slots etc. Prices are reasonable in the restaurant and the bar. A plus is soft drinks are free of charge. I will be returning to try out the restaurant in the near future.

love this place though I'm not much of a gambler, occasionally go on the tables. Great restaurant with excellent food and good offers during the week. Nice cosy atmosphere, really modern. Fab bar area with over head light display. Yummy hot food bar snacks on wooden platters. Amazing FREE entertainment nights mostly tribute acts. WITH CHANCE TO DANCE OR DISCO EVENINGS. WHY DONT THEY ADVERTISE THEIR FREE ENTERTAINMENT EVENINGS ON LINE??? ITS A NUISANCE HAVING TO O IN TO COLLECT A LEAFLET

Whent new years eve had meal with several friends terrible wait table booked for 9.30 till waiting for sweets at 11.50 had a sorbet we all said tasted of vomit manes was ok I had cheese n biscuits and that also had the taste of vomit within. The lead up to midnight was poor no clock on large screens as in previous visits music playing then boom six second countdown like as if they forgot to chime it this was at didsbury and not say others are like this.

Went to watch a tournament and was pleasantly surprised. This is the nicest casino I have been to in the UK (been to three or four others). The staff were really helpful. The bar had a good range and was not too expensive (about £7.50 for two pints). Ended up eating there, the food was way better than I expected and not too expensive either (£22 for the ribeye shown). It got pretty busy later on and there was a good atmosphere. I would go back!

We have visited this casino many times in the past, and really enjoy it as a night out. Tonight we introduced our son and my brother in law for the first time. They both had a great time and are looking forward to visiting when there is entertainment provided. Walking away with a small profit always helps. A huge thank you to all the staff, from bar staff, croupiers, pit bosses and security. You make it a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely crazy facemask policy. Security thrusting a box of masks into my face and asking for my exemption card when I politely declined (which they have NO right or authority to ask). You "have" to wear one when you walk in foyer but can take it off as soon as you are in casino and sit within 2 inches on people at tables but not required. WAKE UP GROSVENOR, none of it makes sense. Xmas 3 course meal was extremely poor aswell.

Love this place. Nice atmosphere when playing the games and have 10p roulette for those who don't want to be losing fortunes at the tables. Staff are very polite and are always making sure you're happy whilst playing with complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks. Although if you ask for orange then make sure you say cordial if you don't want to pay as fresh orange is £1.50 per glass. Worth it though.

Fantastic night. 16 staff went from age 30-61 and everyone said how they would go again. Food was excellent - best piece of steak in a long time. Spacious and airy. Given a lesson in different table beforehand which was really useful. One thing to note - credit cards are not accepted for food or gambling - we weren’t told this at time of booking. All in all brilliant - can’t wait to go again!!

My wife had her 50th celebrations there at Manchester. Martin and his team were brilliant throughout from start to finish. It was Soul and Motown night and the 3 course meal and the entertainment was brilliant. I didn't do much on the gambling side of things so I really can not comment on that.. It took 45mins to get served a drink at the Blackjack, on a pretty quiet Sat night. Banter from the dealers were terrible apart from 1. It felt extremely limited on the service front and I was entertaining a family member from out of town who frequents casinos. Unfortunately in will need another establishment to show off what Manchester has to offer next time.

I have visited a few times over the past couple of years. Overall, a decent casino with virtual and real roulette, blackjack and poker (though I usually only play the roulette). Bar and resteraunt are reasonably priced and well appointed. There is often live music and entertainment, makes for a fun evening out. Just don't bet more than you can afford to lose!

I love this place in addition to the usual roulette tables etc it has a superb modern bar with lighting affects, live entertainment and a chance to dance at the end of the evening.The toilets are nice too but a couple of locks need attention. Would have given 5 stars but the food and drinks have gone up in price alot lately. £8.00 for a beer and one short.

I was on a training course and my tutor was named Yulia. Honestly, such an amazing person I am very glad to of met her. The rest of the staff are very nice too I would definitely recommend this casino as all of the croupiers are very professional but can also hold a good conversation too. Also, the bar staff are all nice and the food is tasty too.

Hadn't been in for a long time........ it's changed....... they didn't check if you were a member just let anyone in including people under 18 !! Very loud atmosphere when we were in, not sure if it's like that all the time now. Oh and they lost our coats, we had to go in and look for them ourselves.

Went for a few hours on Sat night got carried away on the roulette table very enjoyable despite only betting 50ps :) came away about £30 lighter. Which didn't seem too bad compared to the men gambling hundreds of pounds per spin. The saying still holds 'The House always wins in the end'.

A really great venue. Super cabarets including Jackie Graham and Heatwave. The food is great and the staff are exceptional. A night to dress for and enjoy. A cut above the run of the mill casino. The website could be more informative regarding future entertainment though.

First time here in ages and what a treat it was the food was amazing and a bargin too, was well looked after by our host who showed me how to play black Jack and Roulette... which is not for me. Music was good.. great vibes all round.. can't wait to go back …

Good amount of gaming tables in the evening. Would be nice to have a 50p minimum roulette but £1 minimum is OK. Drinks are competitively priced. Pleasant smoking area. Lots of space and electronic terminals. Poker room was well run. Nice food. Very enjoyable night.

Staff are always nice, it is usually clean some of the public there can be annoying but honestly if I want to go out and I'm alone this is a usual go to for something to eat some entertainment and something to drink, and occasionally some poker:)

Friendly staff, good fun and surprisingly quiet for a casino. They have select nights where they do tournaments and events which is always good for people new to poker or any other game. Drinks are pricey but it a a casino, what do you expect?

Nice ambience, good food at reasonable prices. Lost my money, but will be return to win it back in the future. Tip: when you're winning, quit. Staff are extremely helpful, overly nice and attentive. Decor could do with updating in some parts.

Always a good time here. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is great and it's a nice chilled out place. Restaurant has a nice range of food and there is a very large poker room as well. Definitely recommend coming here for an enjoyable time

The slot machines are really bad, would not really reccomend! Lost 40 pound without even winning a fiver back, rigged as hell! Then the roulette woman was rushing our bets! Been to a lot of grosvenor casinos and this by far the worst

Enjoyed a birthday celebration here, didn't gamble so couldn't review that, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks and there was a Rod Stewart tribute act on he was really good, would visit again, entry was free by the way

Nice place but not that big. Went on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a tv with the football and rugby. Successful but hardly anyone around. Nice tv with sound and couches. I imagine weekends might have a better buzz.

Such a shame that when they have a great act on the bar seems under staffed and the bar is very small anyway. Have had really good nights in there pleasant and welcoming and also safe, but please get a bigger bar.

The staff are always very friendly here and welcoming, which is a nice condolence when luck isn't on your side during the games. Good selection of entertainment on offer, the food menu is also reasonably priced.

Very quiet when I visited but it was a Monday night so to be expected I guess. Very attentive staff, bar was well stocked and good prices Couldve had more luck on the slots but that's not their fault

An enjoyable evening, plenty of room at the tables with blackjack, roulette and poker all being played. TVs spread around showing the live sports action and a bar with a range of lagers on sale.

Love the casino but the 'singer' (and I use that definition with apology to true artists) was excruciatingly awful....whoever told the guy he could impersonate MJ should be horsewhipped!

went on our work's do ! place was busy, and i could see how ease it would be to lose your rent money, had a good time but if your thinking of a visit take lot's and lot's of cash

Entertainment and facilities are great but bar is awful. Just stood in a queue for almost an hour for one drink. At the price of drinks they could at least have more bar staff.

Food is absolutely brilliant especially the fillet steak. I'd recommend coming here whenever and especially on special occasions (New Years) alot of entertainment.

Nice, clean and fun environment. roulette is my game of choice and while playing staff would ask if I needed anything. Didn't need to leave my seat. Will be back.

Definitely not 'million on red' establishment, but fun night with cheesy music and variety of clientele that at the very least great for people watching
