Earlier today when the casino was opening for business i witnessed the most disgraceful set of events here ! as there is a communal jackpot due to go on the slot machines i fairly queued to come into the casino and people ran in and pushed there way in without giving their details the staff did absolutely nothing to control the situation i arrived at the machines to play i saw that people were playing too machines which again in other casinos on the side of fairness that would not be tollerated at a time of when people are playing for a communal jackpot I found a empty machine to play that had no money in it or a reserve sign on it and a person I assume identifies as female although with the behaviour she exhibited towards me i would be forgiven for mistaking her for a assassin for the KGB she was sat playing a machine next to it and she decided to assault me by physically attempting to swipe me away and attempting to push me back and she shoved her money in over me saying her friend wants to play it a argument ensued and the manager that witnessed all of this did absolutely nothing but shrugged his shoulders and said what can I do in my opinion a absolutely pathetic excuse for a manager that should be retrained on his customer service skills the people there behaved like wild unyielding beasts and none of it was addressed by staff or management I will never set foot in there again utterly disgusting experience.

My friend and I were denied entry even though we both have a membership with the casino. The reason was because our BRP card was expired. I explained to the guy at the counter that this was our old BRP and that we have a digital immigration status as the home office is phasing out the issuance of BRP card. He still refused it as he said that he needs a physical ID…. Why does it matter if our BRP card is expired? All he needed was to verify our age?? And it is the casinos duty to keep up to date with home office guidelines….please keep your staff informed.

Having been a loyal member of the Manchester 235 for over 10 years I decided to travel to try somewhere new for my birthday celebrations. The Napoleons Casino was my choice following a strong recommendation from a friend. I have never received such abhorrent service upon reaching this venue. The staff on the front desk treated my girlfriend and i in a disgusting manner. We felt extremely unwelcome and insulted. We did not get past reception. Would not recommend.

Generally really like this place. Although last the time I was there I was asked to remove my hat. I have never been asked to remove my hat before. This made it difficult to play the tables as I couldn't see. I was holding a white stick at the time to indicate to those around me that I am severely sight impaired. Without my hat meant that the small amount of sight I have left was worsened dramatically by glare from the lights in the venue.

My first visit to Napoleons Manchester. Nice casino, great reception gentleman, who couldn't have been more friendly & accomodating. Sadly however my presence remained unacknowledged once on the gaming floor. A simple hello from a manager would have made all the difference but was unforthcoming. The Italian lady dealer was fabulous as well as the other lady dealer. In summation, close, but no cigar.

Decent little casino, my only fault is that it seems that at any point you win the cash desk seems to close, almost like they do it deliberately to keep you spending. Also how is it possible for a roulette table to hit black 12x in a row and 0 when you have big money on red several times, it's unheard of.

What a night so much more than I expected and not as expensive. Very reasonably priced.Staff extremely helpful and friendly and even the customers are helpful.Became a member and will certainly be making many visits.My advice is go on their website they offer more than you'd expect.

Older female cashier working approx 7.45pm on 21/7 needs customer service training. No greeting, smile or interaction with guests. Bad attitude when asking for matchplay promo like it's coming out of her pocket, it's a promo for guests to use!

Casino is generally average but be careful with CHINESE customers /gamblers there. They are completely off the bottom line as being a human in terms of exaggerating and falsifying the truth of everything. 小心里面的中国赌徒，素质极差，有人还没有身份。

Really nice looking casino in general but we went in the afternoon about half 2 and the bar apparently wasnt open yet and no bar staff were on. It was quite slow service but the guy that did serve as was polite and helpful.

Very average. Older lady unwelcoming and seemed to struggle with basic requests at the bar, whilst maintaining a offhand attitude. Reception good, Young chinese waitress good and young north London barman helpful.

Napoleon's have only been open for a few weeks so it is still like new. The owners have spent £millions and it shows. Sophisticated enough with very friendly staff

very nice staff at reception I am been to many places but haven't seen such friendly and smiling staff at reception and welcome me with dignity .

Hate when you win! Lied about Gambling Commission Legislation. Suspended my Membership without any reason. Will be taking the matter further!!!
